Where did the idea for come from?
I teach a 21st Century method to think and manage one’s life. It’s all internal and all them. I simply show them the Way to themselves. I am a WayShower. So the idea came to me from the frustration of my own life and wanting to know what the Purpose for our being here and going through all that we do.
What does your typical day look like?
I rise early in the morning 5:30 am, dress and go to Stanley Park (world famous in Vancouver, Canada). I drive in the dark at first through the Park and as the day breaks, I am there to watch the sky and forest light up. People start to move and this part of the world awakens to live life. I then go to the gym and workout for an hour. I return home about 9:00 am. Open my emails, read the research I find enlightening. I then Skype with my Marketing Director and we discuss what we have to do that day in the way of Videos, Counseling Sessions and Writings.
How do you bring ideas to life?
Early in the mornings (all the time really) in my quiet space I do what I call DOWNLOADING. I get to a zero-balanced space through Breathing and calm my Spirit. Once there, I will get “thoughts and insights” that come to me, as if I were Teaching a class. Most of the time silently, but sometimes I am audible with myself. The mind is All powerful as it speaks the wants of the soul. The Brain is different. When I or anyone is ALIGNED with All that Is within them we all become Alchemic. What we say and feel has an effect on all we do. By Allowing good things in my life and avoiding those that feel foreign to my well-being; my fondest wishes show up in Real Time and in Real Life.
What’s one trend that really excites you?
I am very excited about the trend towards the Independent Thinking and the search for more than our parents knew about how WE operate as Humans. This new thinking has moved Sciences to come together in more of an in-depth view of the Energetic facets of Us as a Species.
What is one habit of yours that makes you more productive as an entrepreneur?
I learned some time ago that the only way to fully understand something you must know the WHY of it. When you know WHY something happened or WHY someone did or said something – you know everything.
What was the worst job you ever had and what did you learn from it?
When I was a 16 years old, my Father sent me to pick Tobacco in Tillsonburg, Ontario, Canada. That dirty, miserable job made me know that I did not want to be a laborer, if I had a choice.
If you were to start again, what would you do differently?
Oddly, I am here right now. Widowed two years ago and my children gone; I have the chance to do the last part right. I am living my approach to life. With no judgement and with some preferences, I approach Life as a “feeling” about my plans. While early in this part, I have already ascertained that my pleasure doesn’t include winter. So, now I winter in the Caribbean. I’m not rich, but can make it work for my Joy. I love to write and share what I know is the way to a happier existence for us all. My goal is to be useful and peaceful in my personal joy.
As an entrepreneur, what is the one thing you do over and over and recommend everyone else do?
Dream.
What is one strategy that has helped you grow your business? Please explain how.
I believe in as few “moving parts” as possible in the organizational chart. Essential is a small strong core of product “champions” and lieutenants around the President. Intelligent, focused, executives who honestly agree on an approach; can through their belief and commitment to excellence, lead both themselves and line employees to successful and alchemic results.
What is one failure you had as an entrepreneur, and how did you overcome it?
Seemingly, my greatest failure in Management has been to have had too much faith in others, when they gave what I thought was their Word. There have been times when I have been taken advantage of because of a generous and somewhat gullible nature. Others didn’t live up to their commitment or their loyalty to their Word. Of course there’s no avoiding living life without people; a little more discernment is now employed. While no judgement exists with me; I am much more selective now and pick from a much smaller pool.
What is one business idea that you’re willing to give away to our readers?
Some of my business is in Developing Nations. In these third world situations, the poor have no access to a more educated, affordable source of knowledge or administrative help to them maneuver the corrupt systems they live in. What would be a great new industry in all of these countries is a Para Legal Industry. Schools in the Caricom are full of graduates with no jobs; many are lawyers and business graduates with no jobs. Lawyers in these countries pander to the rich and the governments, as they charge so much. A new, cheaper administrative advocacy for the poor would employ young grads in their own or collective businesses and the poor would have a voice and a way to be right in a system that tells them not to try.
Tell us something about you that very few people know?
At 5:20 PM on June 25th 2012, I had a heart attack. I am healthy and perfect now.

An Internet Browser – it opens the world to me for research.
Microsoft Word – for my writing.
The Undo Button – when I lose my writing, I sometimes get it back.

Eckhart Tolle tells in his own way how unimportant the past is and the bounty that exists if we can live our lives from the present Moment. When we live in the Moment of our Lives with a Positive plan for the Good of All; our Energetic Intentions will manifest (Alchemy) into the real-life event that we desire – only better! I is the Law. Power of Now brings this to me.

I believe that the Strengthened Human has all that he needs for whatever he wants. Fortifying the Human Will is the driving force behind any success. These people have strengthened my Understanding about my own ability to provide all that I desire.
