Who are you and what do you do?
I own and operate a technical resource company, Tangled Web Innovations, LLC. We provide VoIP, virtualization and help-desk functionality for enterprise and consumer level customers. We specialize in helping smaller companies that do not have the budgets or needs for a full-time IT staff by offering a complete computing solution.
How do you bring ideas to life?
I bring ideas to life by offering service previously only available to large corporations. By allowing smaller companies the chance to ‘share’ a large network of certified and accredited professionals, mom-and-pop’s across the nation can technologically compete with large corporations and can streamline process; all while reducing up-front costs. I generally do this by offering a complete IT solution, including phones (mobile and land), help-desk service and server virtualization at a competitive price.
What is the one book that you recommend our community should read and why?
Oh, the Places You’ll Go by Dr. Seuss. I recommend this book because it never hurts to go back and review the things taught to us as children. Life has its perils, and it’s not as much about the mountains you climb, but the journey and balancing act of getting there.
What is one piece of advice that you’d like to give?
No matter how many times you fail, keep trying. No one learns anything from being able to do it right the first time; you learn from failing.
