How do you bring ideas to life?

I test ideas on my blog and on Twitter. If the idea generates excitement with many people commenting or tweeting, then I know I have something interesting to share in future speeches or books.

What inspires you?

Helping people to be successful.

What is one business idea that you’re willing to give away to our readers?

When you market yourself or your company online, don’t be egotistical. Nobody cares about your products except for you. What people do acre about is solving their problems. Create great information especially for your audiences.

You seem to be insanely busy, how do you manage to balance work and personal life?

What is one mistake you’ve made, and what did you learn from it?

I started blogging in 2004 and started on Twitter in 2008. I wish I had started both earlier.

I love what I do. It is not work.
