I was looking for a business opportunity that can be scaled without any limits

What does your typical day look like and how do you make it productive?

Most days I have meetings with brokers, investors, and other real estate professionals. I make it a priority to relay all pertinent information to my staff so they can follow up on new opportunities.

How do you bring ideas to life?

I was a teacher for many years so I have a knack for creating a vision when speaking about life business ideas.

What’s one trend that really excites you?

Cryptocurrency is not something I truly understand. Nonetheless, it fascinates me how it works and the huge demand for it.

What is one habit of yours that makes you more productive as an entrepreneur?

Time management and always keeping your word.

The most important trait in life is Communication.

Constantly look for ways to be more productive. Always motivate people around you.

Build relationships with people that trust. They will help you grow.

What is one failure you had as an entrepreneur, and how did you overcome it?

Everyone makes bad deals. In real estate, I see that as a “tuition cost” sometimes you have to pay to learn a valuable lesson.

In real estate, if you’re an honest broker you’ll do very well.

What is the best $100 you recently spent? What and why?

A sushi platter that I sent to an investor for his birthday. He was so appreciative!

Google Drive is a miracle.

Outliers by Malcolm Gladwell is an amazing book that shows how anyone with enough perseverance can truly master anything
