Erik Johnston – Owner of Zeropoint Technologies

Enjoy, appreciate life and never stop helping other people. Life is simple. Why make it complicated?

Erik Johnston is the owner of Zeropoint Technologies (ZPtech), a Utah-based company that develops and distributes white powder gold and m-state elements worldwide.

Having been previously married to a pharmacist, Mr. Johnston was introduced into the pharmaceutical industry. After some time under his belt in that field, he was exposed to the racket and realized the industry was a big conglomerate. That’s when he chose to go the other way and went into the field of natural medicine. That’s when ZPtech was born.

Where did the idea for ZPtech come from?

I have this unexplainable fascination about the unbeaten path. I’m drawn to science, alchemy, mysticism, and different esoteric subjects.

A few years ago, I became interested about higher consciousness, enlightenment, chakras, and stuff like that. I did a lot of research, educated myself on David Hudson’s work, etc. What really sealed the deal of my passion for this industry was when I discovered white powder gold and m-state monoatomic elements. I realized that there was a way that I could help people benefit from these advanced minerals. I partnered with a great friend to launch ZPtech. I was fortunate enough to later buy out his shared. ZPtech started from scratch until we succeeded in developing products for the purpose of ascension, consciousness, and superhealth.

What does your typical day look like and how do you make it productive?

The best thing about what I do is that there’s no “typical day.” Every day is different and very interesting. One day I may be busy meeting clients, business trips the next day, and in the laboratory the next.

With a wildly fluxuating agenda, I maximize productivity by being present in whatever it is that I’m doing that day.

How do you bring ideas to life?

A combination of my knowledge and technology brings ideas to life. I believe that ideas need not to be complicated. You just need to have endless passion for learning and readiness to achieve your goals in life.

What’s one trend that really excites you?

How technology evolves quickly these days excites me the most. It’s amazing how quickly the world changes. Innovations are attainable for people who combine work and passion.

What is one habit of yours that makes you more productive as an entrepreneur?

I wake up early. As the old tale says, early bird catches the worm. I start with a good breakfasts then straight to work. Waking up earlier then the world also allows some quiet time to reflect or maximize productivity before the pace of the day catches up.

What advice would you give your younger self?

Enjoy, appreciate life and never stop helping other people. Life is simple. Why make it complicated?

Tell us something that’s true that almost nobody agrees with you on?

That we can do something to enhance human’s consciousness through the intake of advanced minerals such as white powder gold. I understand that, at face value, it may sound weird or confusing to some since self-awareness varies from each person. Not everyone is fully aware of their thoughts or actions. And those who have enhanced their self-awareness also have a different perception about the world. There’s a huge a difference between people who have a heightened consciousness and those who are not. Is heightened consciousness the goal? No. But there are huge benefits from being highly conscious and self-aware.

As an entrepreneur, what is the one thing you do over and over and recommend everyone else do?

Love what you’re doing. Because when you keep your love for your work, everything comes next and all the good things happen as well.

What is one strategy that has helped you grow your business? Please explain how.

Never stop trying and learning. Most businessmen will agree with me that when you don’t stop trying and learning, it’ll guarantee you success and growth within yourself and your business.

What is one failure you had as an entrepreneur, and how did you overcome it?

Like most business owners, I’ve experienced several failures over the years. The only secret to overcoming them is to never give up.

What keeps me motivated is that I see failures as opportunities for learning and growth. ZPtech wouldn’t be what it is today without failures during its testing phase. If a product isn’t quite where I want it to be, that means there’s an opportunity for improvement. And most of the time, we’re right.

What is one business idea that you’re willing to give away to our readers?

A one-of-a-kind platform for people who love to enhance their consciousness sounds like a great business idea. People would register for free so they can use the platform and then offer them unique services or upsells down the line.

ZPtech is great at the mineral development side. But this business idea would require the marriage of that with advanced technology. The goal wouldn’t necessarily be only profit, but also to gather like-minded individuals and support and learn from each other. Almost like building a community. You can use the profit to maintain the platform and improve it.

What is the best $100 you recently spent? What and why?

I bought a nice outfit. Sometimes, a nice outfit is a nice boost to the morale. The simple things in life, right?

What is one piece of software or a web service that helps you be productive? How do you use it?

Insightly has been helpful in organizing tasks and assigning them to my team, without hassle. Another go-to web service is Dropbox to sync my files and notes between my phone and computer as I explore the world.

What is the one book that you recommend our community should read and why?

The Power Of Positive Thinking. This book encourages positive thinking and how one should create success and happiness from within.

What is your favorite quote?

“The foolish man conceives the idea of ‘self.’ The wise man sees there is no ground on which to build the idea of ‘self;’ thus, he has a right conception of the world and well concludes that all compounds amassed by sorrow will be dissolved again, but the truth will remain.” Buddha
