Michael Dadashyan is CEO and founder of FeedbackRoulette.com. Originally from Armenia, Michael lived 6 years in Israel and has now settled in Toronto, Canada. Michael holds Masters Degree in Computer Science and Bachelor Degree in Business Administration.
Having extensive experience in building various software systems in financial, logistics and other industries, Michael has started trying himself as a web developer a few years ago by working on small hobby projects. During that period he discovered that one of the most challenging aspects of web development was getting feedback on the work done. That’s how the idea of Feedback Roulette was born.
After a few weeks of brainstorming and development Feedback Roulette service was launched in beta (on September 20, 2010) and it has been growing and improving ever since.
What are you working on right now?
Currently I am fully involved into making Feedback Roulette the best place to learn about your website users’ experience. There have been many requests for additional functionality from our users and I’m doing my best to fulfill them.
Right now I am preparing to release a major update of Feedback Roulette which will add more value to the service.

1. People throughout the world becoming more conscious and starting to consciously engineer their lives.
2. Internet becoming the “way of life”. The fact that you can stay connected and run your business from anywhere.
3. Smartphones and tablets all over the place. That’s a great business opportunity for many tech people.
How do you bring ideas to life?
1. Brainstorm and visualize (a lot!).
2. Implement as soon as possible and keep it simple.
3. Seek feedback from others and make the adjustments.
4. Rinse, repeat.
What inspires you?
The most inspiration comes from understanding that you provide real value to others and seeing the possibility of doing even more.
What is one mistake you’ve made, and what did you learn from it?
Longing to start my own business. Now I’m in my 40-s and just starting to get a taste of life.
What did I learn from it?
I guess that the most valuable thing is time. Life is short and there’s so much one can do.
What is one business idea that you’re willing to give away to our readers?
Online tool for internet marketers to manage their promotion campaigns. Like a CRM for promotion. It should be able to manage all contacts with websites, media, etc. Should keep the logs of completed tasks and activities. Of course, it should be a collaboration tool, allowing teamwork.
If somebody implements this – please let me know, I’ll be your #1 customer. I wasn’t able to find anything like this online yet.
What is one book and one tool that helps you bring ideas to life?
Beyond Positive Thinking by Robert Anthony. It’s one of books that had really changed my life. Though only reading it is not enough, you have to seriously work on yourself.
Tool – any text editor. I like using mind-mapping software as well.

What would you advise other web entrepreneurs?
Release early and often. Then try to find out what people think about what you are doing, get feedback.
If people like your creation, that will inspire you and give you more energy to do even better. If you are doing something wrong, you will have a choice to fix things and continue or drop the project and move on to another idea.
A lot of online businesses are failing because the owners think that they are creating value, but they actually they are not. And they find out about it too late and get frustrated.
Be flexible and focus on your consumers’ needs. And you will always find ways of providing value.
What do you enjoy doing outside of your business?
Anything in a company of good friends – fishing, outdoor barbecue, paintball, fine dining… you get the idea.
