She started her career as the website developer and understands what it takes to have an online business presence in the world of digitalization. She came up with the idea of “XenelSoft “3+ years back to form a platform where the customers are enthralled with every basic solution to nurture their online business. She formed this venture to provide the today’s necessary services like website designing, website development and digital marketing in a single scaffold. Till now she has delivered more than 1000 projects worldwide with the endless list of satisfied clients. Her drive and passion to learn made her determined in life.
Where did the idea for XenelSoft Technologies come from?
I built my career in website development as this is what something I always loved. Later I realized the need to have a one-stop solution where the customers or business can form their presence virtually without worrying much. I gathered the team of designing, development and digital marketing to emphasize or target on sales of business houses productively. 3+ years back I embarked my very own business successfully in India named as XenelSoft to help business resolve out their complexities of sales.
What does your typical day look like and how do you make it productive?
My daily routine is very regular. I wake up to do the basic chores and prepare myself to head on to my office. My day kick starts by interacting with the clients or customers because this is what I prioritize the most in my life. My career life is that something defines me personally.
How do you bring ideas to life?
Whenever I have the ideas in my head, the first thing I focus on is the research about it to find out whether it is feasible or not. Then I look out for the resources that can make my ideas possible.
What’s one trend that excites you?
In my opinion AI (Artificial intelligence) and IOT (Internet of things), these two concepts have changed the dynamics of technology. These trends have made the life of humanoids easy and productive.
What is one habit of yours that makes you more productive as an entrepreneur?
My longing for searching new theories and finding answers to difficulties is what makes me productive.

That anyone can be an Entrepreneur.
As an entrepreneur, what is the one thing you do over and over and recommend everyone else do?
Don’t waste a single moment in wondering about your defeat instead give back.
What is one strategy that has helped you grow your business?
Learning and passing my supremacy to others is what I feel has made me grow my business.
What is one failure you had as an entrepreneur, and how did you overcome it?
The only failure in my career I faced as a business head is lack of comprehending the needs of client’s duly. There is no major failure as such.
What is one business idea that you’re willing to give away to our readers?
There is no single rule of thumb to initiate your own business. You have to learn from your own experiences. In the most basic sense, the idea is to plan and decide what field you are willing to go for. Then have a full proof study plan to bring that planning and ideas for real. There is no such thing as the single idea that is going to profit you, all you need to have is built your own experiences.
What is the best $100 you recently spent? What and why?
Being a wiser I feel my every spending is best, so do not remember any in particular.
What is one piece of software or a web service that helps you be productive? How do you use it?
I think the most used web service called as Google has made the lives of every individual easy with its everyday new or unique advancements.
