Where did the idea for Zeus Exchange come from?

The founding team, all very well-experienced in finance, investments, fintech, exchanges, have been brainstorming for a few months before we started the company. And after that we have changed a model and an idea multiple times. That’s what a startup is about, right? Keep digging till you get there.

What does your typical day look like and how do you make it productive?

I don’t think I know what a typical day is, getting things done comes in many ways. Being productive means being curious, focused and balanced to me, and those are the things about a person, not about the day schedule. Sometimes most productive thing to do is to get some rest.

How do you bring ideas to life?

With amazing, curious, inventive, adventurous result-oriented teams. It’s impossible to create something bigger than you alone.

What’s one trend that excites you?

The speed and the power of changes in the world. There is always something to learn, and that’s the best state of the mind. Besides, managing an uncertainty is an ultra cool job.

What is one habit of yours that makes you more productive as an entrepreneur?

The ability to change habits, I guess?

What advice would you give your younger self?

No advice, only full support for whatever I do. 🙂

For example, “fail early, fail often, but always fail forward.” – John C. Maxwell
