Where did the idea for ARKA Softwares come from?
I have been worked as .net developer previously for around 5 to 6 months and during that term of working as the developer; I got the idea for establishing my own venture which is ARKA Softwares which is based in India and having Marketing offices in USA.
What does your typical day look like and how you make it more productive?
I take some good inspiration from various ways daily and I keep trying new things by setting up the goals and chasing them. I also decide the time for spending on one goal to achieving it.
What’s one trend which excites you?
Something which thrills me to pieces is the social media integration because this is one of the emerging platforms for the businesses to succeed in today’s date for reaching new heights.
How do you bring ideas to life?
The best way according to me is through the framing of different project in terms of the goals. We never know that the clients might come up with various kinds of ideas which they have in their mind. We also help our clients focus on various goals and this does means more clients, more traffic and eventually higher revenues.
What is one habit of yours which makes you more productive as the entrepreneur?
I like to strive for making my clients satisfied in best possible manner. I also believe that a good leader must be a boss and also a friend, both at the same time. As the entrepreneur, I also like to enhance the quality of team discussions. All kinds of interactions which I do with my team, is just specific, efficient and quite productive. For reaching new heights, I also like to be a mentor and also be an example for my team.
What advice would you like to give your younger self?
I would like to advise for having the certifications and degrees in the IT field and this will be of great benefit in your career. I will also like to recommend the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Comp TIA A+ Technician, Network+, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and the Microsoft Certified System Engineer.
Tell us something that’s true that nobody agrees with you on?
In today’s date, you can find a software development company at new mile when you walk to the suburban street. But all the clients who have used our services also know about the uniqueness and they just don’t go to other company’s doorstep. Something which is damn true about ARKA is that, we create the most unique works of web and mobile app development.
As an entrepreneur, what is the one thing you do over and over and also recommend everyone else to do?
I would just advise them to follow their instincts. It is really important to love what you do. So, before you try to go toward any profession, make sure you have a significant interest in the same. Doing what you were forced to do or had to do will always keep you unsatisfied with your profession. And, without satisfaction, you won’t be your best. Remember what Steve Jobs used to say- “Have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow know what you truly want to become.”
What is one strategy that has helped you grow your business and explain how?
I have a good team with laudable website designers, developers, mobile app developers, content writers, business analysts and many others, they keep themselves about different new things which will help them grow their skills and this helps me to grow my business in a different way. As a managing director of ARKA Softwares, my responsibilities combine managing a team of over 50 individuals including mobile app & websites developers and designers, business analysts, content writers, SEO executives, and human resource managers. I believe a leader has to be approachable and open for discussion in order to provide its client’s company’s level best.
What is one failure you had as an entrepreneur, and how did you overcome it?
There was once a client for the ecommerce website development and he was not satisfied with our services because we delayed in providing him services as per his requirement. But later on, that same client again came to us for his new project requirement of website development because he saw that the other clients have been satisfied and just by 1 project delay, the company must not be judged. Now the client is completely satisfied and happy with our services.
What is one business idea that you’re willing to give away to our readers?
One advice which I would like to give is that the best online businesses are those which have a particular target audience and also completely fill the need in market and also make use of appropriate social media platform for growing the business and reaching new heights. When you will be fulfilling the needs of your customers, then you will develop loyal fan-following.

Ecommerce development is one of the services which help me to be productive as there are various customers who make online shopping these days. I and my team keep updating about the best technology trends in the web development related to ecommerce and this helps our clients for reaching new heights when they approach us for ecommerce web development.
