Usually I start with a review of my schedule and priorities. I dedicate mornings to strategic tasks and meetings, leaving afternoons for operational oversight. Productivity for me comes from strict prioritization and delegating effectively. Staying focused on high-impact activities ensures my time is well spent.

How do you bring ideas to life?

By fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within my team. When an idea surfaces, we brainstorm its feasibility, impact, and implementation strategy. It’s about combining vision with actionable steps and the right team dynamics.

What’s one trend that excites you?

The rise of sustainable technology excites me immensely. It’s the integration of eco-friendly practices with innovation, offering solutions that not only advance our technological capabilities but also protect our planet.

What is one habit that helps you be productive?

Starting my day with a clear plan. Knowing what needs to be achieved by the end of the day helps me stay focused and avoid distractions.

What advice would you give your younger self?

Every setback is an opportunity to learn, grow, and come back stronger.

Tell us something you believe almost nobody agrees with you on?

I believe that the traditional office setup will become obsolete sooner than people think. The future is in flexible, remote work environments that foster a better work-life balance.

What is the one thing you repeatedly do and recommend everyone else do?

Regularly set aside time for strategic thinking. It’s crucial to step back from the day-to-day operations and look at the bigger picture, assessing where the industry is heading and how your business can adapt and lead.

When you feel overwhelmed or unfocused, what do you do?

I take a break and go for a walk or play a round of golf. It helps clear my mind and refresh my focus.

What is one strategy that has helped you grow your business or advance in your career?

It’s not just about transactions but about creating value and understanding clients and their needs deeply.

What is one failure in your career,  how did you overcome it, and what lessons did you take away from it?

I invested in a venture that didn’t pan out. I overcame it by analyzing what went wrong and applying those lessons moving forward. The key takeaway was the importance of thorough market research and not letting failure deter my entrepreneurial spirit.

What is one business idea you’re willing to give away to our readers?

A platform that connects small farmers directly with consumers, eliminating intermediaries, reducing costs, and ensuring fresher produce.

What is one piece of software that helps you be productive? How do you use it?

Slack has become an essential tool for maintaining efficient communication within my team. We use it to quickly share updates, collaborate on projects, and keep everyone aligned on our goals and daily tasks. Its integration capabilities with other tools we use make it a central hub for our workflow.

Do you have a favorite book or podcast you’ve gotten a ton of value from and why?

“Deep Work” by Cal Newport has been incredibly influential in how I approach productivity and focus. Newport’s insights into the benefits of concentrated work and minimizing distractions have helped me refine my work habits for greater efficiency and creativity.

What’s a movie or series you recently enjoyed and why?

I loved Tad Lasso on Apple TV.
