What is your typical day, and how do you make it productive?
My typical day starts early, around 5 AM, with a quick review of the day’s priorities. I handle emails and urgent matters first thing in the morning, then I incorporate some exercise to boost my energy and clear my mind. The rest of the day is dedicated to strategic meetings, site visits, and connecting with my team. Productivity for me comes from strict prioritization and delegation. Ensuring everyone on my team knows their responsibilities allows me to focus on big-picture tasks.
How do you bring ideas to life?
I believe in involving my team early in the process, brainstorming together, and refining the idea through diverse inputs. Once we finalize an idea, we develop a detailed action plan and set measurable goals to track our progress.

Additionally, incorporating regular exercise into my routine boosts my energy levels and keeps me mentally sharp, further enhancing my productivity.
What advice would you give your younger self?
I would advise my younger self to fearlessly take more risks and embrace failures as stepping stones to success. Understanding that every setback is a learning opportunity and that every experience is a lesson would have encouraged me to innovate more boldly. You can always grow and evolve from any and all experiences. Additionally, surround yourself with people who are smarter than you. Rather than feeling intimidated or threatened by their knowledge, embrace the opportunity to learn from them.
Tell us something you believe almost nobody agrees with you on?
