What is your typical day, and how do you make it productive?
My day typically involves engaging with students in the classroom, rehearsing new musical pieces to enhance performance quality, incorporating regular walks for wellness and mental clarity, and spending quality time with family to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
How do you bring ideas to life?
I bring ideas to life by starting with thoughtful planning and clear goal setting. I break down big concepts into manageable steps, seek feedback to refine the vision, and stay adaptable throughout the process. Whether it’s a creative project or a performance I focus on the execution with purpose and follow through until the idea becomes a meaningful result.

This consistent routine not only strengthens my technique but keeps me mentally prepared and sharp.
What advice would you give your younger self?

Tell us something you believe almost nobody agrees with you on?
I believe that vulnerability is a performer’s greatest strength. While some see it as a weakness, I believe it’s what creates true connection.
What is the one thing you repeatedly do and recommend everyone else do?
I recommend carving out quiet time to reset. Whether it’s a walk, breathwork, or simply stepping away from the noise.
When you feel overwhelmed or unfocused, what do you do?
When I feel overwhelmed, I pause and return to my breath. I also pray for clarity and patience.
What is one strategy that has helped you grow your business or advance in your career?
One strategy that has helped me both in classroom and on stage is being fully present. It allows for genuine interaction, adaptability, and a stronger impact.
What is one failure in your career, how did you overcome it, and what lessons did you take away from it?
One failure was underestimating the importance of preparation for major performance. I relied too much on my natural ability and didn’t rehearse enough. That experience taught me the value of disciplined practice and attention to detail, which has since shaped how I approach every project and performance.
What is one business idea you’re willing to give away to our readers?
A business idea would be a mobile app that connects performers with local venues and casual pop-up performance opportunities, allowing artists to find gigs easily.
What is one piece of software that helps you be productive? How do you use it?
It would be my lyrics folder that holds all my lyrics in alphabetical order so I can find any song lyric at the press of a button.

One of my favorite books that has given me immense value is The War of Art by Steven Pressfield. It deeply resonated with me as a performer, helping me understand the importance of discipline and overcoming creative resistance.
