What is your typical day, and how do you make it productive?

Wake up. Work out, go to work (unless I’m working remotely). I try to make my day productive by getting enough rest the night before.

How do you bring ideas to life?

By strategizing and executing. Preproduction and preplanning help me envision what I’m trying to accomplish and how to obtain it.

What’s one trend that excites you?

I’m not sure exactly. I don’t get that excited about trends. But if I had to say something, I would probably say any health trend that has caught on. I always think it’s a good thing when we try to improve our health and fitness habits.

What is one habit that helps you be productive?

Listening and making a sound effort to stay focused on the task at hand.

What advice would you give your younger self?

Make an effort to become more well-rounded. Even if something isn’t of your particular taste or in your field of interest, don’t be so quick to simply brush it off. Expand your horizons.

Tell us something you believe that almost nobody agrees with you on.

I believe the history of dinosaurs has been embellished heavily. Lol.

What is the one thing you repeatedly do and recommend everyone else do?

An apple a day…

When you feel overwhelmed or unfocused, what do you do?

Go for a jog/workout or listen to some music.

What is one strategy that has helped you grow your business or advance in your career?

Improving my listening skills. Understanding that my vision or goal can benefit from unexpected contributions and that by giving others an opportunity to express their goals and visions, you’re able to piece these together in an unexpected fashion. But still beneficial, nonetheless.

What is one failure in your career, how did you overcome it, and what lessons did you take away from it?

I have many failures in my career and, truthfully, I’m still in the process of trying to overcome them. What I took away from these experiences is that I’m still standing for a reason. It’s never the end of the world, no matter how severe or devastating the circumstance may seem. The best thing I can do is learn from these errors and continue in the right direction.

What is one piece of software that helps you be productive? How do you use it?

Logic Pro. I use it for audio production, engineering, editing, restoration, and sound enhancement.

What is the best $100 you recently spent? What and why?

Jogger stroller. I like to jog, and my son loves being in the stroller while I do so.

Do you have a favorite book or podcast you’ve gotten a ton of value from and why?

“The Mixing Engineer’s Handbook.” I read a few volumes of this book, and it’s always updated nicely and very useful.

What’s a movie or series you recently enjoyed and why?

“Spider-Noir.” I liked the noir-style added to the Spider-Man story. I thought it was a creative twist and overall well-done.
