Serving Natural Healing Needs in Albertville, MN

Daniel McDonald is a holistic health practitioner in Albertville, MN, who leads the Infinite Wellness Natural Healing Center as co-trustee and director. At the core of his approach is a novel muscle-testing and applied kinesiology methodology known as Holistic Reflex Analysis (HRA). What is your typical day, and how do you make it productive?

I usually rise at 5:00 am. The greatest key to making my day productive is how I feed my body in the morning. I consume a high-fat smoothie, some fresh fruit, and follow a nutritional supplement program that utilizes herbs, homeopathy, and targeted whole food nutrition components. When I do this, I can work all day without a break. I begin work at 6:30. I perform Holistic Reflex Analysis® examinations until around 11:30, then I will sit and do Q & A for our members for the next one to two hours so my assistants can promptly communicate a response. The volume of questions vary from day to day, ranging from between 25 to 40 questions, all related to the healing programs of our members. I then perform more (in office or virtual) HRA® examinations during the afternoon and finish sometime between 5:00 and 5:30 pm.

How do you bring ideas to life?

It has been said, “Necessity is the mother of invention” and I find this holds true. My ideas come to life based entirely on the challenges and difficulties faced by the members who are under my care. Each individual has a health goal, and that goal becomes my goal. The members look to me create a plan to solve their issue and I do exactly that. I create a step-by-step plan that takes the body from a low level of health to a high level of health using the safest and most effective remedies I can match with the person’s physiology.

What’s one trend that excites you?

I have noticed a significant uptick in skepticism toward allopathic medicine in recent years. Patients are becoming more informed about the risks associated with the use of drugs and surgery and are looking for alternatives that come with less risk. The trend toward natural solutions has a very bright future.

What is one habit that helps you be productive?

Quantum entanglement is a phenomenon of quantum physics where two or more particles become linked in such a way that the state of one particle instantly determines the state of the other, regardless of the distance between them. This connection means that the particles share a unified quantum state, making their individual properties interdependent. I utilize this skill in my daily work by successfully connecting my energy biofield with others to ascertain health related information related to that individual. This is the basis of how I perform a virtual Holistic Reflex Analysis® examination.

What advice would you give your younger self?

Do not trust the government.

What is the one thing you repeatedly do and recommend everyone else do?

I follow a nutritional healing program. Every human needs to eat and to take time for their health. I highly recommend working with a qualified professional who can examine the specific needs of your body and assist you in maintaining of all of your organs in a healthy balanced state.

When you feel overwhelmed or unfocused, what do you do?

I take ashwagandha and/or Korean ginseng.

What is one strategy that has helped you grow your business or advance in your career?

One strategy that has helped me advance my clinical skills has been learning how to trust the innate intelligence of each person’s body. When I say trust, I mean allowing the inner wisdom to guide me on what needs to be supported, as opposed to me making snap judgments and forcing my will on the body. I have gained tremendous respect for the vital force that exists in our living bodies over the past 18 years and have learned to allow it to tell me what to do, not me telling it what to do.

My most recent purchase of raw organic dairy products from Miller’s Bio Farm was the best $100 I have spent. Their raw milk tests with the strongest healing energy of any milk I have ever tested, and I know it helps my family and I stay healthy and strong.
