Key learnings

  • Drama-free is the way to be. Focus on avoiding unhealthy situations and relationships that are full of drama. Don’t get sucked into the complaints of others or talking about others.
  • Don’t sweat the small stuff and learn to let unimportant things go. Set good boundaries and maintain them by making sure others are aware of them. People will show you who they are. Believe them.
  • Be the kind of friend you wish to have. Be loyal, honest, trustworthy, and accountable. Own your mistakes and show sorry as an action, not a word.
