What is your typical day, and how do you make it productive?
I start every day with prayer and reading the Bible—it sets the tone for everything else. I make breakfast for my daughter and take her to school before diving into program management work from home. I always make time to lift weights or ride my bike; fitness keeps me sharp. Evenings are for family—picking my daughter up, cooking dinner, helping with homework, and preparing for the next day. I unwind by watching sports or TV. Productivity comes from structure, consistency, and faith guiding each part of the day.
How do you bring ideas to life?
I pray first, then talk through ideas with trusted thought partners. I outline the plan, set clear goals, and take action. Writing things down and tracking progress turns vision into movement—because ideas only come alive through execution.
What’s one trend that excites you?
Sports and finance. I love how technology is transforming how we experience sports and how financial literacy is becoming a bigger part of everyday life. Both empower people to think smarter and live better.
What is one habit that helps you be productive?
Discipline. Motivation fades, but discipline stays. It’s what allows me to show up and deliver, even on the tough days.

Reputation, perception, and image matter. Protect them by making good choices. Your character and consistency open doors before you even arrive.

Exercise is the number one key to mental health and staying young. Movement clears the mind and strengthens the body—there’s no substitute for it.

Pray daily, read scripture, and work out. Faith and fitness together create balance and strength that carry you through anything.
When you feel overwhelmed or unfocused, what do you do?
I work out—lifting or running clears my head, resets my focus, and re-centers my energy.

Listening and learning from mentors. I’ve always valued the wisdom of others and kept those relationships strong. Your network and your humility to learn from it will take you further than any title.

Losing a job was a defining moment. I refused to let it define me. I pivoted, leaned on my faith, and worked harder than ever. It taught me resilience, humility, and that every setback is preparation for a comeback.

A private school model centered on physical activity and movement throughout the day. Students would learn through academics and motion—proving that movement fuels focus, creativity, and learning.
What is one piece of software that helps you be productive? How do you use it?
My calendar. It keeps my priorities in order and helps me balance work, family, fitness, and faith. If it’s not scheduled, it’s not real.

The Bible. It’s timeless wisdom on leadership, integrity, and purpose. Every principle I live by comes from its teachings.
