He is the founder and current managing operator of Berto Legal Services Inc., a firm specializing in paralegal and other critical legal services. Before launching Berto Legal, he worked as a paralegal at Dietch Law Firm, gaining valuable experience in legal procedures and case support. Earlier in his career, he served as CEO of Bayscene Limousine in Oakland, California, where he oversaw operations and often provided personal service to high-profile clients.

Working hard and smart is in my DNA, and I am very self-motivated.

Don’t do anything stupid; think before you act.

Politics and religion. Try not to discuss these two subjects with anyone, including friends.

Watch what you eat, because you are what you eat.
When you feel overwhelmed or unfocused, what do you do?
Lie down and think about the issue, meditate, or take a nap.
What is one strategy that has helped you grow your business or advance in your career?
Show courtesy to the client or customer all the time, without failure, to build word-of-mouth referrals.
What is one failure in your career, how did you overcome it, and what lessons did you take away from it?
Trusted the wrong person, and I learned to vet people extensively before granting my full trust in that individual.
What is one piece of software that helps you be productive? How do you use it?
Artificial intelligence. I use it to brainstorm ideas and write correspondence to clients.
What is the best $100 you recently spent? What and why?
Taking my new girlfriend out to dinner and a comedy show. I never knew a rapper named T.I. was so funny.
Do you have a favorite book or podcast you’ve gotten a ton of value from and why?
“The Adventurers” by Harold Robbins, written in 1965. This was the first book I’ve ever read from cover to cover, and it had such a huge impact on my young mind that I was inspired to travel all over the world because of it.
What’s a movie or series you recently enjoyed and why?
“Godfather” series, especially parts 1 and 2. Family, loyalty, and commitment was my why.
