Where did the idea for CydoMedia come from?

The digital landscape evolved drastically during the last decade, and every business wants to benefit from the online medium. However, this increased demand gave birth to numerous web design agencies, which were all creating the same sort of web designs just to bag increased revenue.

This was when I decided to venture into creating CydoMedia, which can provide custom web design services that represent your brand. With this ambition, CydoMedia is now the US’s leading web design and development agency that creates tailored solutions for all digital needs.

What does your typical day look like and how do you make it productive?

My typical day is all about waking up in the morning and starting the hustle from the word go. I have been in the business industry for more than two decades, and still, I feel like I have a lot to learn and achieve.

I have always loved serving people the quality and value they deserve. Every day, the driving force for me to be more productive is to crack the code of exceptional customer service with the least resources. This is why I always find myself trying out new things and achieving peak productivity to curate solutions that have never been made before.

How do you bring ideas to life?

Being creative is not easy. Every day thousands of thoughts come into your mind, but we all know that to make them practical in real life requires a lot of effort and hard work. I would like to applaud my team of experts at CydoMedia, that has always backed my outrageous ideas and allowed them to be a real thing.

I always get inspiration from customers’ points of view, which are the practices that can improve the service and overall experience. This is where I bring in ideas.

What’s one trend that excites you?

The trend of AI automation in effective marketing and production aspects excites me the most. We all know various glitches, errors, and problems in the current automation operations. However, with the advancements in AI, I am one of the keen people that want AI to transform business operations and provide concrete results in less time and with greater precision.

What is one habit of yours that makes you more productive as an entrepreneur?

I love to read books, articles, and news. This is one of my habits that has helped me to be more productive throughout the years, as learning new things is always beneficial for all of us. With my reading habit, I have learned a lot that I implement in my life that has made me more productive and successful as an entrepreneur.

What advice would you give your younger self?

As a child, I was always afraid of taking on new challenges and breaking the norms, even if I had concrete reasoning for why my work style was better. However, once I got older and evolved as a professional, I learned to trust my instincts and take on challenges without the fear of losing. This is one piece of advice that should be helpful for my younger self.

Tell us something that’s true that almost nobody agrees with you on.

You can only turn out to be successful if you think, act, and feel like a successful person. Many people disagree with me on this and back their argument with facts that you have to achieve something, or you have to work hard for what you want. I agree with them, but I want everyone to believe that the energy with which you talk, walk, and present yourself will get you a lot of success. With positive energy, you can attract positive things toward you, and thus that is one thing I follow and want people to follow as well.

As an entrepreneur, what is the one thing you do over and over and recommend everyone else do?

Always write everything down before implementing. I learned this trick from my Computer Science Friend, that educated me on how they make algorithms and pseudocodes before starting to develop a program.

I sat down with him and saw how easily he could see the errors before even starting to code the first line of his program. Since then, I have made this my habit to write everything I have to do with proper workflow to understand the basics of the operation.

This is extremely helpful, and you will never be able to decode the errors and problems in your mind before you write them down.

Thus, this is the thing that I often do and recommend others to do as well.

What is one strategy that has helped you grow your business?

I have always looked forward to setting up short-term goals, and it is one strategy that has helped me immensely throughout the years. I have followed this strategy not just in my business but also as a professional as well. This has always allowed me to cherish and get the best out of my achievements.

What is one failure you had as an entrepreneur, and how did you overcome it?

To be very honest, I am one of the luckiest people that never faced any failure in my venture as an entrepreneur. I did have some challenges, but I have always found a way to get the best results from the worst situations.

One such challenge was the global pandemic in which lockdowns were imposed globally, and business came to a halt. However, my team and I opted for the WFH culture, which brought us immense value even in harsh times.

We were able to cope with the situation and overcome the challenge by working from home, which resulted in increased productivity and exceptional results with increased employee job satisfaction.

What is one business idea that you’re willing to give away to our readers?

One business idea that I want people to give readers is to look for problems that don’t have solutions or have less productive solutions. One idea I have in my mind is the Rent a Car Mobile Application. There are thousands of applications, such as Uber, Lyft, and others, but they don’t offer rent-a-car services.

Renting a Car is not that easy as of now as it requires a lot of authentication and the estimated renting prices change when physically renting a car. Thus, an application that makes the overall experience of renting a car easy might be the next big thing to blow up.

What is the best $100 you recently spent? What and why?

The best $100 I spent was on WordPress back in 2014, where I learned how to develop a WordPress site. That month I spent a lot of time googling and watching videos on YouTube to integrate different plugins to make an online store.

The best part is I am not a developer, and I use that website anywhere. Still, that learning process allowed me to understand the dynamics of WordPress and allowed me to formulate strategies to build a good website in less time which I learned from my mistakes.

What is one piece of software or a web service that helps you be productive?

Teamwork is a project management software that we use in our organization, and it is one of the most helpful software that enhances the productivity of not just me but the whole team. We create daily tasks, which help us monitor progress easily with just a few taps. Moreover, it also has a mobile application that keeps us all updated anytime and hassle-free.

What is the one book that you recommend our community should read and why?

Many of you might have read this book, but still, the book that I want to recommend to the community is “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People” – by Stephen Covey. I am obsessed with this book as it shares a lot of value with each individual to transform their personality and achieve success in their lives.

What is your favorite quote?

I don’t know many business quotes, but one quote that has lived with me is, “When you want something, the whole universe conspires to help you to achieve it.”
I truly believe in this ideology, which has influenced many of my business decisions. I always strive to hustle and get what I want. With this ambition, I am currently at the stage where I want to be, which will also continue in the future.
