
Jabari Mosley from Birmingham, Alabama, has an extensive career in the real estate industry. With a keen interest in real estate investing from a young age, Jabari Mosley purchased his first property at the age of 20 and now owns and manages multiple commercial properties. He shares his business expertise with aspiring real estate professionals as a mentor and motivational speaker.
As the owner of Infinity Investments for 13 years, Mr. Mosley oversees the daily operations of the real estate investment and development company. His responsibilities include negotiating real estate transactions with clients and ensuring projects are completed as planned. He is currently leading Infinity Investments in the development of a luxury subdivision in West Jefferson County’s Forestdale neighborhood, which is expected to be completed in the spring of 2023. Mr. Mosley also oversees the company’s involvement in commercial real estate development properties and lease agreements in Birmingham.
Outside of his real estate career, Jabari Mosley enjoys coaching youth sports, competing in classic car shows, and traveling. He attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where he earned a bachelor’s in information systems.
What is your typical day, and how do you make it productive?
My day consists of waking up early, going to the gym, meeting with my staff, and executing the tasks of the day from my-to do list.
How do you bring ideas to life?
I write down my ideas, give them a timeline, then prioritize them and hold myself accountable.

Everything shifting to electrical from gas.
What is one habit that helps you be productive?
Staying disciplined.
What advice would you give your younger self?
Aim higher—you can do it.

What is the one thing you repeatedly do and recommend everyone else do?
I believe everyone should exercise.
When you feel overwhelmed or unfocused, what do you do?
I go the gym in these moments.
What is one strategy that has helped you grow your business or advance in your career?
To be a visionary, move through each decision as though it was chess—carefully plotting three to four moves ahead.
What is one failure in your career, how did you overcome it, and what lessons did you take away from it?
I made a huge mistake investing in a project solely off of someone’s word, without gathering enough information. I learned that each opportunity must be vetted and the specifics must be put in a contract and reviewed by an attorney.
What is one piece of software that helps you be productive? How do you use it?
QuickBooks. It helps immensely.
What is the best $100 you recently spent? What and why?
Buying a part for an elderly couple who was stranded.
Do you have a favorite book or podcast you’ve gotten a ton of value from and why?
I love reading, but one of my favorite books is “The Four Agreements” by don Miguel Ruiz.
What’s a movie or series you recently enjoyed and why?
Guy Richie’s “The Covenant” because it was about unwavering commitment and Loyalty.
