What is your typical day, and how do you make it productive?

Wake around 6am, meet with warehouse-loading crews for fence installation and picking materials, go into the office from 9-11am, exercise from 11–12:30, then lunch, back to the office from 12:30–6pm, then dinner (usually at home), followed by a little TV. Bed by 10 at latest.

Our company’s CRM, Fence Flow, is a tool I use on a daily basis. We try to run as much of the business as possible through Fence Flow, including job management, materials take-offs, inventory, invoicing, sub-contractor management, etc.
