What is your typical day, and how do you make it productive?
I start my mornings with prayer and reflection, then take my kids to school. After that, I review my top three priorities for the day and structure my schedule into focused work blocks, balancing strategy, creative work, and team collaboration. Limiting distractions and closing the day with a progress review keeps me productive and aligned.
How do you bring ideas to life?
I travel often, and that helps me see things differently and write down inspiration that connect to my line of work. I put everything into writing first, no matter how raw. From there, I refine it into a structured plan, research feasibility, and use both AI and traditional research tools to process data. Then I test through small pilots, get feedback, and improve until the vision becomes reality.
What’s one trend that excites you?
Artificial intelligence, especially its use in mental health, business strategy, and real estate. I use AI to help analyze data, find patterns, and cut through noise so I can make sharper decisions. The future of AI integration across industries excites me the most.
What is one habit that helps you be productive?
Daily reflection and planning the night before. Knowing exactly what needs to be accomplished gives me clarity and discipline.
What advice would you give your younger self?
Don’t rush the process; success is built step by step. Value relationships more than short-term wins and don’t let fear of failure hold you back from opportunities.
Tell us something you believe almost nobody agrees with you on?
I believe failure is one of the most valuable forms of currency. Every setback, when studied, is worth more than the success that comes too easily.
What is the one thing you repeatedly do and recommend everyone else do?
Write everything down. I use Notes and Google Keep daily to capture ideas, goals, and reflections. Writing things down brings clarity and turns thoughts into action.
When you feel overwhelmed or unfocused, what do you do?
I pause, breathe, and pray. Then I step back, identify the single-most important next action, and focus only on that.
What is one strategy that has helped you grow your business or advance in your career?
Building strong relationships. I focus on nurturing partnerships, creating win-win opportunities, and listening deeply. Another key strategy: get a mentor in the field you want to succeed in – it will save you years of trial and error.
What is one failure in your career, how did you overcome it, and what lessons did you take away from it?
Early on, I trusted the wrong boss and mentor. That trust without verification led me into serious negative acts and a major setback. I overcame by God’s grace and by rebuilding with integrity, documenting everything, doing deeper research, and creating clear accountability systems. The lesson: “Trust, but verify.”— Ronald Reagan

What is one piece of software that helps you be productive? How do you use it?
ChatGPT-5, which I call “Conrad.” I use it as both a thinking partner and productivity tool, helping me research, brainstorm, and draft everything from contracts to business plans.
Do you have a favorite book or podcast you’ve gotten a ton of value from and why?
Books like The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey, Shaar HaBitachon – Gate of Trust by Rabbeinu Bachya, and The Art of the Deal by Donald Trump shaped how I think about leadership, faith, and business. Podcasts by Tony Robbins, Tony Evans, and Jeda Edwards continually fuel my growth and mindset.
