What is your typical day, and how do you make it productive?

Each day I wake up very early and work out. Exercising is a big part of my routine, as I enjoy staying active and it helps set a positive mood for the day. I plan out my day with a schedule for calls and events, then I always stick to it. This helps me structure my day better and track my productivity levels, and things that come and go.

How do you bring ideas to life?

I read a lot. I tend to follow most of the news outlets from across the globe to stay informed. I think it’s very important to stay informed when there is ease of access to news in today’s digital age. I also believe in creating and sharing best practices and ideas. I think this is ideal to strive for the best you can offer to other people, and continuously work on yourself and your approach to your career.

What’s one trend that excites you?

I’m interested to see how far AI goes. I feel optimistic about it because it’s fascinating how rapidly it’s evolving and how far technology can take us in the world we live in. I also find myself curious to see how much it changes our lives going forward, for better or worse.

What is one habit that helps you be productive?

One of the habits I like to maintain is keeping track of my motivation levels. I feel like it’s a very important habit to keep, knowing your limits and capabilities, and how you can increase your motivation to succeed in both your career and personal life. For me, I can increase my motivation by starting my day right, by exercising, spending time with family, and taking a break. This keeps you productive, and it motivates you to go to work.

What advice would you give your younger self?

Love what you do. You need to be certain that it is the right kind of business for you, the right fit. Otherwise, it’s difficult to succeed in something you don’t like or believe in. You don’t have to figure everything out from Day 1. You might not know what you want to do, so speak with as many people as possible. Get educated on industries until something clicks for you.

Tell us something you believe almost nobody agrees with you.

Never eat lunch alone. I believe you should always try to socialize with anyone you come into contact with. You never know when making a casual acquaintance can become a valuable networking opportunity. Relationship building is a very important part of having a career, and to have a wide network of colleagues means having the opportunity to gain perspective and mentorship when needed.

What is the one thing you repeatedly do and recommend everyone else do?

I think the key is to work hard. You have to be dedicated to your work and stick to it. That’s why you should love what you’re doing because it helps you succeed in the long run. Find passion in your work and the things that you do, because that will give you the motivation to continue striving for the best you can offer.

When you feel overwhelmed or unfocused, what do you do?

I try to take a break. Taking a break is as important as hard work because it maintains that balance between your health and your career. I either exercise or play golf to clear my mind, take some time off, and focus on myself. It helps in releasing stress.

What is one strategy that has helped you grow your business or advance in your career?

There’s really no secret to it. I just put a lot of effort into my work, which required a bit of personal sacrifice at times. The most important thing is to stay committed to the business, to the practice, and to the clients.

What is one business idea you’re willing to give away to our readers?

Long-term investing has always rewarded the patience of the investor. I think this is a valuable idea that everyone needs to be aware of and appreciate more. Patience always rewards you in the most unexpected way, and it’s the same for long-term investing.

What is one piece of software that helps you be productive? How do you use it?

Not any software in specific, I think my phone is what helps me be the most productive. Fortunately, when you’re connected 24/7 to a global network, keeping track becomes easier. There’s an abundance of apps that help you keep track of your schedule, your work progress, and even your exercise progress. I think using these softwares to its maximum potential really makes your life a lot easier.

What is the best $100 you recently spent?

In a golf lesson, to help me improve my golf game.

What’s a movie or series you recently enjoyed and why?

I have two favorite series. One is The Offer, which is about the making of the famous film The Godfather. And the second is a show called Shotgun.
