What is your typical day, and how do you make it productive?
My day is spent primarily doing analysis and coordinating efforts to execute our daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals within our operation. We keep it productive by creating metrics/standards that highlight how efficient our operation is.
How do you bring ideas to life?
I bring ideas to life by determining the goal. From there, it is a step-by-step procedure where processes are set up to flow seamlessly. Along the way, we bring in stakeholders to ensure our plans are not going to disrupt other areas.
What’s one trend that excites you?
When we see an opportunity that results from our practices consistently, which should result in further efficiency or profitability.
What is one habit that helps you be productive?
Setting up processes that provide consistency and visibility to issues if/when they arise.
What advice would you give your younger self?

Tell us something you believe that almost nobody agrees with you on.
Working in the office is vital to a company’s success, as it establishes a culture and community with personnel.
What is the one thing you repeatedly do and recommend everyone else do?
Follow-up emails from meetings or decisions, so that there is a written record of what was agreed upon and action items for each person to reference when amnesia sets in.
When you feel overwhelmed or unfocused, what do you do?
Go for a walk outside or around the facility with my notepad to identify items for improvement.
What is one strategy that has helped you grow your business or advance in your career?
Always execute on things that can be taken care of immediately right then. Do not procrastinate on easy wins.
What is one failure in your career, how did you overcome it, and what lessons did you take away from it?
I failed to gather all the facts before reacting to a situation that resulted in a confrontation with another team member. After getting the facts, I was able to apologize for my reaction and build that trust back. The lesson was to always get your facts first and then take a moment to have a productive conversation.
What is one piece of software that helps you be productive? How do you use it?
Power BI. It allows for analysis to be quickly completed and presented.
