Where did the idea for your company come from?

I grew up playing soccer and had natural athletic ability. I found myself wanting to learn more about the different methods I could incorporate into my routine so I could continue to excel. My friends and family started asking me for advice when they saw my progress, and I realized that health and fitness are my passions while I was helping them achieve their goals. That’s how my personal training business got started.
