What is your typical day, and how do you make it productive?
My typical day begins with yoga stretches, which helps me physically and mentally prepare for the day. When I arrive at the office, I return any phone call that may have come in while I was not in the office. I then check my task list, which I update daily, to see what tasks needs to be prioritized. I start the task I least want to do first. Between tasks, I check emails throughout the day to make sure I am responsive. Exercise is an important part of my day, so I often go to the gym after work. I then enjoy eating dinner with my family.
