Where did the idea for Cumming Consulting Group come from?

The idea for Cumming Consulting Group came to me while I was working as a project manager for a marketing firm. I was responsible for managing a team of experts who assisted businesses with complex project management. I quickly realized that I had a knack for organization and strategy, and I enjoyed helping businesses grow and succeed. I also had a lot of experience in internet marketing, so I decided to start my own marketing firm. I knew that I could offer consultancy services that would be beneficial to businesses.

Initially, it was just me and one small-time client. I gradually grew my client base and added more experts to my team. In just five years, we went from a small startup to a company that offers consultancy services to hundreds of multimillion-dollar companies and high potential startups. This year, we are already celebrating our 6th anniversary, and we my team is excited about what else we can do this time.

What does your typical day look like and how do you make it productive?

My typical day is very hectic. I usually start by reviewing my schedule and prioritizing the tasks that need to be completed. I then head to my office in Georgia and begin working on the most important tasks. I break up my day by working on different tasks for different clients. I also spend a lot of time meeting with my team and clients to discuss projects and strategies. I try to make my days as productive as possible by focusing on important tasks and using my time efficiently.

How do you bring ideas to life?

I bring ideas to life by organizing and strategizing. I like to break down complex problems into smaller to more manageable tasks. I then work with my team to develop a plan of action that will help us achieve our goals. We always strive for excellence and work hard to implement the best strategies possible.

What’s one trend that excites you?

One trend that excites me is the increasing popularity of content marketing. I believe that content marketing is a very powerful tool that can help businesses reach a larger audience. I also think that it is an excellent way to build relationships with potential and current customers.

What is one habit of yours that makes you more productive as an entrepreneur?

One habit that makes me more productive as an entrepreneur is my ability to focus on important tasks. I often have to juggle multiple projects at once, but I always make sure to focus on the tasks that are most important. This helps me stay organized and efficient.

What advice would you give your younger self?

I would advise my younger self to be more patient and not stress out about small things. I would also advise him to focus on his strengths and continue developing his skills. Lastly, I would tell him to always stay positive and optimistic, even when things are tough.

Tell us something that’s true that almost nobody agrees with you on.

I believe that content marketing is more important than SEO. I think that content marketing is a more effective way to reach potential customers and build relationships, but there are more people who think SEO is more important.

As an entrepreneur, I recommend that you always continue learning and developing your skills. Entrepreneurship is a constantly changing landscape, so it’s important to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices. Additionally, I recommend networking and building relationships with other entrepreneurs. These relationships can provide invaluable advice and support.

One strategy that has helped me grow my business is diversifying my services. I’ve found that offering a variety of services allows me to reach a wider audience and helps me build more relationships with potential and current customers. Additionally, it allows me to be more competitive in the market.

What is one failure you had as an entrepreneur, and how did you overcome it?

One failure that I had as an entrepreneur was not delegating tasks effectively. I realized that I was trying to do too much myself and wasn’t giving my team members the opportunity to contribute. To overcome this, I started delegating tasks more effectively and developed a more structured system for task delegation.

One business idea that I’m willing to give away is to start a content marketing agency. This is a business that I’ve been thinking about starting and I believe it has a lot of potential. Content marketing is becoming more popular every day, so there is a lot of room for growth in this industry. I recently spent on a course called “The Lean Startup”. This is a course that teaches you how to start and grow a business using the lean startup methodology. I believe that this is an excellent course for entrepreneurs, as it teaches you how to be more efficient and effective with your time and resources.

What is one piece of software or a web service that helps you be productive?

One piece of software that helps me be productive is Asana. This is task management software that allows me to track all of my tasks and projects in one place. I use it to create lists of tasks, assign deadlines, and track progress. This helps me stay organized and on top of my work.

There are a lot of informative books, but I would recommend reading The Four-hour Work Week. This book teaches you how to become more productive and efficient with your time. It’s a great read for entrepreneurs and anyone looking to improve their productivity.
