What is your typical day, and how do you make it productive?
On a typical weekday, I start off by getting my three kids ready for school and chatting with my husband to plan the day. I really enjoy taking care of my family and juggling their education, activities, and quality time to keep us all connected. I also make time for my personal training sessions, cooking, and hanging out with friends and extended family whenever I can. Plus, with my youngest being just 5, there’s always a playdate happening!
