Searching for properties with good locations or that may be an opportunity. Run value, visit them with a contractor and if it makes sense, purchase, remodel and sell.

By making good decisions on what may be a good idea and how it will be short and long-term.

I don’t get excited about trends but if I had to get excited about something, it would be females finally being seen as equal to men as I have two daughters.

Work on self-mastery rather than listening to all the self-proclaimed Guru’s talking about the Grind and working more and more.
