A resident of Texas, Norman F. Newton, Jr. has over 30 years of executive leadership experience with both public and private companies domestically and internationally in 13 countries.
In his current role, Norman F. Newton, Jr. serves as the President and CEO of AmeriCasa Solutions, LLC, a company he founded in 2017. With AmeriCasa Solutions, LLC, Mr. Newton is focused on transforming the affordable housing market through a vertically integrated delivery model coupled with proprietary technology and nearshore shared services he founded, operating under the brand FutureHomeX®.
He has a successful entrepreneurial background, having launched a number of companies throughout his career. In 2008, he founded the Newton Vision Corporation, LLC, a consulting and investment company that focuses on industries ripe for digital transformation, process reengineering, and digital marketplaces. His current role is head of investment decisions and Chairman.
Mr. Newton holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Texas. In his personal time, he fishes and enjoys a highly active athletic life in the gym and on the bike.
What is your typical day, and how do you make it productive?
I am heavily goal-oriented and ranks the top-three most impactful activities each day that are aligned toward strategic objectives.

Bringing ideas to life starts with a vision that my associates can get passionate about, coupled with distilling the execution steps in a way that associates believe are possible.
What’s one trend that excites you?
Advancements in artificial intelligence and computational power enabling process reengineering and creation of multisided marketplaces.
What is one habit that helps you be productive?
Productivity starts with a highly organized environment and leveraging artificial intelligence tools like Copilot.
What advice would you give your younger self?
Listen more than you talk. “God gave you two ears and one mouth for a reason.”

Planet earth and mankind can survive global warming at its most extreme.
What is the one thing you repeatedly do and recommend everyone else do?
“Tasks” without dates are not “tasks.”
When you feel overwhelmed or unfocused, what do you do?
Go back to organization, a list of priorities, and doing the next best task. “The only way to eat an elephant is one bite at a time.”
What is one strategy that has helped you grow your business or advance in your career?
Nothing beats consistent hard work and dogged persistence on vision achievement.
What is one failure in your career, how did you overcome it, and what lessons did you take away from it?
A couple times in my career, I have over committed my time and my team’s time, which has resulted in failure to execute due to lack of focus.
What is one piece of software that helps you be productive? How do you use it?
I use Copilot heavily to analyze company financials, public filings, and in creating written content.
Do you have a favorite book or podcast you’ve gotten a ton of value from and why?
Purchased the Elon Musk biography. Digging deep into the details from time to time is important. The “Idiot Index,” coined by Elon Musk, is a metric used to assess manufacturing efficiency by comparing the cost of a finished product to the cost of its raw materials. It highlights areas where significant cost reductions are possible through design or process optimization. A high Idiot Index indicates that a product is significantly more expensive than its constituent materials, suggesting potential inefficiencies in production.
What’s a movie or series you recently enjoyed and why?
The Matrix is my all-time favorite, primarily due to the overarching message that all things are possible and limitations are self-imposed by one’s own mind.
