What is your typical day, and how do you make it productive?
I work from home. Every day is different. But usually I meet with my team. I do content. I create for my programs. Meet with my community. I do a journal every night and every morning. I write out my next day the evening before and write about my day every night. And stay focused on that and on my vision and my identity document and I listen to it every morning and write and parts of it every day. I also have core principles for my team and they are all aware of them.
How do you bring ideas to life?
I decide I am going to do it. Then I just create it. I outline it. Then execute on it. There is usually very little time between when I decide to do something and when it gets done.
What’s one trend that excites you?
AI — I love everything about it but I also feel like I’m behind on it.
What is one habit that helps you be productive?
My evening journal and my morning journal — I know exactly what I am doing every day — and where I am with production and with my vision. I know who I am and the future I am designing.
What advice would you give your younger self?
That you can design whatever you want. That you are worthy of love. That you are okay just as you are. To stop worrying so much about what others think about you. Just go do your thing.
Tell us something you believe almost nobody agrees with you.
That you can manifest 10x goals in any amount of time you want. You just have to decide that you can.
What is the one thing you repeatedly do and recommend everyone else do?
My morning and evening rituals. Listen to my identity document. Pray and meditate.
When you feel overwhelmed or unfocused, what do you do?
I pray and meditate. I decide who is showing up to this meeting or this thing. I go back to who I have declared I am. I am a powerful, loving abundant leader. I read. I listen to inspirational podcasts or books. I meet with my coach. I do what I need to do to get back on track.
What is one strategy that has helped you grow your business or advance in your career?
Stick in your lane — there are riches in niches. Broad equals broke. Plus having a business plan and sticking to it with integrity — do what you say you’re going to do — how you say you’re going to — and when you say you’re going to.
What is one failure in your career, how did you overcome it, and what lessons did you take away from it?
I have really had to learn the power of trying and trying with this digital platform — sometimes things work and sometimes they don’t. If links end up broken then you don’t have a business. If the streaming system is broken then your launch fails. But you go on. The biggest thing is to constantly check all the links. Do A/B split tests. It’s a constant push. But it’s worth it. You are helping people. Transforming lives. If you focus on that — it makes it worth it.
What is one business idea you’re willing to give away to our readers?
I love starting my business on YouTube — it’s the second largest search engine owned by the first largest search engine in the world — free SEO! I always recommend that everyone learn it!
What is one piece of software that helps you be productive? How do you use it?
HighLevel — it’s where my programs are housed; my sales team is managed — everything.
What is the best $100 you recently spent?
Massage – by an Asian lady.
Plus my manicure.
I hardly ever engage in self-care like that and it was so totally worth it.
Do you have a favorite book or podcast from which you’ve received much value?
“The Power of Intention by Wayne Dyer” because I know that if I create my intentions with emotion and put all my focus on them, I will manifest anything that I envision.
What’s a movie or series you recently enjoyed and why?
The Bear — incredible acting and scripts — and really demonstrates the impact of narcissistic trauma on a family.
