What are you working on right now?

Getting people worldwide to join the movement and do Team Building that changes lives. The life you change may be your own.

Where did the idea for doing Team Building come from?

We made history when we launched Viagra and made it one on the most iconic brands of this generation. Along the way, we used several team business models that have stood the test of time. We felt the time had come to share them with others and help make the world a better place in the process

How do you make money?

We do team building/ strategic analysis/ launch planning and execution & meeting planning and execution for the world’s leading companies

What does your typical day look like?

In the office by 10. Out by 8.   4 meetings plus dinner with a client

How do you bring ideas to life?

Plan plan plan and then plan some more.  After extensive planning then execute.

What’s one trend that really excites you?

Social media and its ability to help you reach large groups of people to help change the world

What was the worst job you ever had and what did you learn from it?

Never had a bad job. Not sure they exist.

If you were to start again, what would you do differently?

Not much. If anything really wish some of today’s tools that have primarily been introduced by smartphones (easy to take photos, videos, utilize apps etc) had been available even 10 years ago

As an entrepreneur, what is the one thing you do over and over and recommend everyone else do?

Always do every project the absolute best that you can. Without exception.

What is one failure you had as an entrepreneur, and how did you overcome it?

Worked on a small project with a difficult team. I find that there is an inverse correlation between profit and problems. The smaller the project i.e. the profit, the larger the problems. Weird but true. Overcame it by avoiding small projects with difficult teams

What is one business idea that you’re willing to give away to our readers?

Implantable chip technology for babies through early teens. Not knowing where your child is at every moment is a major concern for parents.   They will pay billions of dollars in aggregate for that peace of mind.

If you could change one thing in the world, what would it be and how would you go about it?

I would eliminate global poverty by reducing the military budgets by 80%. That difference from America’s budget alone would reduce global poverty by 74%. The next war will be a high tech war. 90% of today’s armaments (tanks, planes, ships, submarines etc) are not useful and will never be again.

Tell us a secret.

Life gives you exactly what you deserve.   Deal with it.

What are your three favorite online tools or resources and what do you love about them?

Google- never ceases to fascinate me that so much is so easy to access. They deserve to be billionaires. Health data as the human body decoded and outlined. Changes how you think about your own health. Maps – Never having to wonder where you’re heading is priceless. Especially when it’s in suburbia. Truly life changing.

What is the one book that you recommend our community should read and why?

The Alchemist. The gold you seek is likely right in front of you.

When was the last time you laughed out loud? What caused it?

Yesterday. Someone told me Serena Williams was not an extremely amazing woman.

Who is your hero?

Nelson Mandela

What is the key to business success?

Know more than anybody else about your subject.

Is family important in business?

Yes and no. Like a lot of things in life if they are good for you then it really doesn’t matter. But if they are horrible then they can make your business life equally horrible. Moral of the story is to pick good family members.
