Where did the idea for your career come from?

I believe a major part of healthcare costs is elderly care and patients aged over 65. So, the more the healthcare provider optimizes the elderly health and quality of living life, the more they will help to reduce this huge cost. Plus, I believe the elderly generation is, emotionally, more isolated, deprived, and depressed, which intensifies the occurrence of dementia. So, if we can provide a safe and loving space for them, we can help decrease the risk of chronic conditions, such as dementia and depression.

In addition, my grandma, who raised me and I loved her so much, developed Alzheimer’s after a fall, despite the fact that she was very smart. One day, she asked me, “please, no matter what happens to me, don’t let me end up in a nursing home.” I felt her pain and emotional breakdown, even though she tried to hide it, because she was very strong, and she asked me, as a doctor, to do my best to optimize the quality of health and life of my elderly patients. Since I was seeing my elderly patients were and are so isolated, depressed, and deteriorating in nursing homes, I decided to open vilalsbydoctor roya, the safe, loving, and caring environment for the elderly to experience joyful and healthy lives.

What does your typical day look like and how do you make it productive?

I wake up at 6 am, meditate, and pray for 30 minutes. Then, for 30 minutes, I listen to motivational /life coaching, an educational program, and 15 minutes of journalism. I then take 15 to plan for my day, and then exercise for 60 minutes (15 minutes swimming, 45 minutes toning and shaping my body). Then, I eat breakfast and get ready to work.

Following that, I spend 30 minutes getting ready for work, then, from 9 to 12, I go to my meetings, bank, etc. From 12:30 to 1, I take lunch, and at 1:30, I start seeing patients. Then, from 8,30 to 10, I catch up with family and have dinner. From 10 to 11, I read/ think, journal ideas, do my daily focus on positives, stay away from negatives. From 11 to 11:30, I meditate and fall asleep.

How do you bring ideas to life?

I connect with my being, write down my ideas, and research the path to make that idea happen.

Anything creating an impact on the quality of life of a human being, elevating their vision, increasing their knowledge, creating wow in them, and bringing love into their life so they can share with others tends to excite me.

What advice would you give your younger self?

Stay away from limited, negative people. Invest all the time to build yourself up and maximize self-respect and self-love. Build your personality and knowledge, and create the best version of yourself. Once you reach that goal, you can achieve anything in life.

Tell us something that’s true that almost nobody agrees with you on.

To help humanity, we need to power the love, and LOVE Is almost always conditional and causes limitation. Only love of GOD to HUMAN Is unconditional, and therefore it is almost impossible to let the nation experience freedom. The only way we can make that happen is to increase awareness for every individual experience through their own path, which is complicated and unique for everyone and won’t happen at the same time for everyone. Therefore, creating ultimate freedom on earth by a human is not possible!

As an entrepreneur, what is the one thing you do over and over and recommend everyone else do?

Be open to new possibilities and be fearless. Take calculative risks and live with passion and love.

What is one strategy that has helped you grow your business?

Never give up on my dreams, even during the worse days of my life and my lowest point. I feel I am part of the universe with unlimited possibility; all I need to do to believe in it!

What is one failure you had as an entrepreneur, and how did you overcome it?

In the past, I have trusted and expected the limited people to be unlimited and think like me and have the same vision. I’ve also had difficulty accepting them and always suffer from not being understood by those people. Also, I’ve always had many projects to handle and have overstretched myself at times, which has challenged me emotionally, intellectually, and financially.
