What is your typical day, and how do you make it productive?
My day begins before sunrise with meditation and reciting verses from the Charaka Samhita. These ancient teachings ground me and connect me to the lineage of healers who inspire my work. Mornings are spent consulting with clients, listening to their stories, and reading their pulses—a practice that feels like unlocking a universe within each individual. Afternoons are for strategy, where I analyze Ayushakti’s global operations with my team, review key performance indicators, and brainstorm ways to expand our impact. Evenings are my favorite: I dedicate them to teaching practitioners worldwide, ensuring that the art of Siddha Veda healing reaches every corner of the globe. For me, productivity is about intention—aligning every moment with purpose and service.
How do you bring ideas to life?
Bringing ideas to life begins with a question: How can this serve humanity better? One example is how Ayushakti developed our global practitioner training programs. We noticed that many healers and professionals wanted to practice
Ayurveda but lacked access to structured, authentic training. This insight inspired us to create a curriculum blending ancient Siddha Veda principles with practical tools like detoxification and marma therapy. By focusing on real-world applications and offering ongoing mentorship, we empowered over 500 practitioners globally to integrate these teachings into their own practices. Ideas come to life when you listen, innovate, and stay unwavering in your vision.
What’s one trend that excites you?
The convergence of traditional wisdom and technology excites me deeply. More people are turning to integrative health solutions, recognizing the value of addressing root causes rather than symptoms. Tools like SiddhaAI allow us to combine the precision of technology with the wisdom of ancient Ayurveda, providing personalized, effective healing plans. This trend isn’t just about convenience; it’s about making holistic health accessible to a global audience.
What is one habit that helps you be productive?
Reflection is my most valuable habit. Every evening, I review the day—what worked, what didn’t, and what I learned. This practice helps me stay focused on our mission and ensures that I approach challenges with clarity and purpose. Reflection is like reading the pulse of your own life—it reveals where you need to adjust to stay in balance.
What advice would you give your younger self?
Trust the power of intention and embrace uncertainty. When we started Ayushakti, there were moments of doubt—wondering if the world was ready for ancient healing practices in a modern context. But every step forward, even the smallest, builds momentum. My advice would be: Stay aligned with your purpose, and the path will reveal itself.
Tell us something you believe almost nobody agrees with you.
I believe that true healing comes from addressing the body, mind, and spirit together. While many focus solely on physical symptoms, I’ve seen remarkable transformations when people incorporate practices like meditation, gratitude, and spiritual connection into their healing journey. To me, the body is only part of the equation—it’s the harmony of all three that creates lasting health.
What is the one thing you repeatedly do and recommend everyone else do?
Listen deeply. Whether it’s a client sharing their story, a team member offering a perspective, or the subtle rhythm of a pulse, listening reveals truths that are often hidden. This practice doesn’t just improve relationships; it unlocks solutions and creates connections.
When you feel overwhelmed or unfocused, what do you do?
I turn to marma therapy, a practice I teach and use myself. Applying gentle pressure to specific energy points restores clarity and calm. It’s like pressing the reset button for your body and mind. Sometimes, I’ll step into my herb garden and let nature guide me—it reminds me that even amidst chaos, there is balance.
What is one strategy that has helped you grow your business or advance in your career?
Focusing on measurable outcomes has been transformative. By implementing an ERP system early in Ayushakti’s growth, we began tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) across operations, client outcomes, and practitioner success rates. This allowed us to spot trends, identify opportunities, and refine strategies in real-time. For example, we used ERP insights to streamline our global detox programs, improving client results while expanding reach. Strategy, for me, is a blend of intuition and data.
What is one failure in your career, how did you overcome it, and what lessons did you take away from it?
In our early days of global expansion, we underestimated the cultural nuances of introducing Ayurveda to international audiences. In Italy, for instance, clients were unfamiliar with the concept of marma therapy. We overcame this by creating relatable educational content, partnering with local practitioners, and demonstrating results through clinical trials. The lesson was clear: Success lies in meeting people where they are, while staying true to your roots.
What is one business idea you’re willing to give away to our readers?
Imagine a marketplace where local artisans can sell handcrafted products directly to buyers globally, without middlemen. The platform would provide tools to help artisans brand, market, and ship their goods sustainably, ensuring fair pay and cultural preservation. It’s a scalable model that empowers communities while giving consumers access to unique, meaningful products with a story behind them.
What is one piece of software that helps you be productive? How do you use it?
Our ERP system is the backbone of Ayushakti’s operations. It tracks client outcomes, practitioner performance, herbal inventory, and even clinic profitability across continents. For me, it’s more than software—it’s an intelligent assistant that helps us make informed decisions. For example, it highlighted that clinics with higher detox participation also reported better client retention. Insights like these drive our growth and ensure our standards remain top-notch.
What is the best $100 you recently spent?
I recently purchased a hand-painted scroll of ancient Ayurvedic illustrations depicting marma points and herbal remedies. This artwork isn’t just visually stunning; it’s a daily source of inspiration, reminding me of the rich heritage we carry forward. It also serves as an educational tool, sparking curiosity and learning in those who visit my space.
Do you have a favorite book or podcast from which you’ve received much value?
Two books have profoundly shaped me. Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill taught me the power of persistence, focus, and vision in building a global enterprise. The Charaka Samhita, an Ayurvedic classic, is my eternal guide—it’s not just a medical text but a philosophy for living in harmony with the universe. Both have provided me with timeless insights into both life and leadership.
What’s a movie or series you recently enjoyed and why?
“The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind” moved me deeply. It’s the story of a young boy in Malawi who builds a wind turbine to save his village from famine. This film reminded me of the power of resilience, creativity, and community—qualities that are just as vital in healing and entrepreneurship.

- Always listen deeply. It doesn’t just improve relationships; it unlocks solutions and creates connections.
- Make reflection a daily habit. This practice helps you stay focused on your mission. It’s like reading the pulse of your own life—it reveals where you need to adjust to stay in balance.
