Green Road Energy can provide self charging, high capacity power sources for vehicles, ranging from consumer to large scale industrial and service vehicles… For two years, Soheil served as CEO of this business before resigning to focus on his other projects.
Earlier in his career, Soheil co-founded Oktron Inc. where he served as the CEO. Oktron is a cloud-based security solution that provides multi-modal identity, access, and engagement management for mobile apps.
Soheil has also founded Eye On Your Technologies, Inc. in 2003, where he served as CEO for the development and growth of product offerings as well as the creation of a comprehensive infrastructure that included a worldwide network of sales and distribution partners. Soheil was also responsible for negotiating and selecting vendors, managing supply chains, forecasting and budgeting goods, organizing human resources operations, developing compensation plans, channel sales development, process re-engineering (sometimes known as business process outsourcing), talent training, and customer relationship management.

Where did the idea for your career come from?
I’ve co-founded multiple businesses and have had a lot of success in helping them grow and expand their operations globally. Gainful Solutions was just that, solutions to help businesses be gainful and prosperous by being put on the right track for success. Having a retired ambassador as my partner and co-founder gives us a deeper ability in helping and guiding within the political and governmental sector.
What does your typical day look like and how do you make it productive?
I try to keep a pretty regular schedule. I wake up early, usually, around 6 am, and start my day with a cup of coffee and some light reading. I typically start working around 9 am and continue working until 6 pm or 7 pm. I find that I’m most productive in the morning, so I try to get as much work done as possible during that time. I also make sure to take breaks throughout the day, to stay fresh and focused. In terms of productivity, I find that it’s important to set priorities and focus on one task at a time. I also find it helpful to keep a to-do list so that I can see what needs to be done and track my progress.
How do you bring ideas to life?
I’m a big believer in the power of brainstorming. I find that, when it comes to developing new ideas, it’s important to get as many people involved in the process as possible. I like to start by getting a group of people together and throwing around some ideas. Once we have a list of potential ideas, we then start to narrow it down and focus on the ones that seem the most promising. From there, we start to develop a plan of action and work on bringing the idea to life.
What’s one trend that excites you?
I’m really excited about the trend of businesses moving towards more sustainable practices. I think it’s important for businesses to be conscious of their impact on the environment and to look for ways to reduce their carbon footprint. I think this is a trend that will continue to grow in popularity in the years to come.
What is one habit of yours that makes you more productive as an entrepreneur?
One of the things that makes me more productive as an entrepreneur is my willingness to experiment. I’m always trying new things and testing out different methods to see what works best for me. I think this approach has helped me to be more productive and efficient in my work.
What advice would you give your younger self?
Be patient and enjoy the roller coaster, you need to get up to the plate and swing several times before you hit a home run, but if you don’t swing, you won’t get there.. I also think it’s important to surround yourself with people who are supportive and who believe in your vision.
Tell us something that’s true that almost nobody agrees with you on.
I believe that almost everyone has the potential to be a successful entrepreneur. Many people give up too easily and don’t realize that they have what it takes to be successful. Entrepreneurship is not only for the educated and the rich, with the right mindset and a bit of hard work, anyone can be a successful entrepreneur.
As an entrepreneur, what is the one thing you do over and over and recommend everyone else do?
I recommend that everyone, as an entrepreneur, take the time to learn as much as possible about their industry. It’s so important to be an expert in your field and to stay up-to-date on the latest trends. It’s also important to network and connect with other entrepreneurs. I believe that these things are essential for any entrepreneur who wants to be successful.
What is one strategy that has helped you grow your business?
One of the most important things that I’ve done to grow my business is to build a strong team of experts. It’s essential to have a team of people who are knowledgeable and experienced in their respective fields. I believe that, with the right team in place, anything is possible.
What is one failure you had as an entrepreneur, and how did you overcome it?
As an entrepreneur, I think the biggest mistake I made was failing to properly plan and execute a new business venture. I’ve learned that it’s so important to have a solid plan in place before you launch a new business. I also learned that it’s important to surround yourself with people who are knowledgeable and experienced in the industry.
What is one business idea that you’re willing to give away to our readers?
A subscription-based business. I think this type of business model has a lot of potentials and can be extremely successful. I believe that, with the right execution, it can be extremely profitable.
What is the best $100 you recently spent? What and why?
I’ve recently spent a couple of dollars on a new business book. I think it’s so important, as an entrepreneur, to continuously learn and grow. I believe that reading is one of the best ways to do this. This particular book has helped me to gain a better understanding of the business world and has given me some great ideas for my own business.
What is one piece of software or a web service that helps you be productive?
The best software for entrepreneurs is a project management tool. I use a tool called Asana to help me keep track of my projects and tasks. I find it to be extremely helpful in keeping me organized and on track.
What is the one book that you recommend our community should read and why?
There are many books that I want to recommend to the entrepreneurial community. But if I had to choose just one, it would be The Lean Startup by Eric Ries. This book is essential reading for any entrepreneur who wants to be successful. It’s a great book that provides valuable insights into the startup process and how to create a successful business.

I believe that this quote is so important for entrepreneurs. If you don’t love what you’re doing, it’s very difficult to be successful. The key to success is to find something that you’re passionate about and to pursue it with all of your heart.
