What is your typical day, and how do you make it productive?

I’m an early riser and start breakfast for my daughter and then get her off to school. I typically answer emails for an hour or so and then hit the gym for a workout to increase my efficiency for the day. Back at the office late morning, I schedule and/or complete wellness visits with clients. Business meetings with partners or KOLs are sprinkled throughout the day.

How do you bring ideas to life?

I have learned that ideas are only the beginning and require many iterations prior to fruition. To assist me, I have learned from a previous insightful mentor to ask experts and those more knowledgeable, as well as to surround myself with great minds. Collaboration is fundamental.

What’s one trend that excites you?

The wellness and longevity space is exceedingly appealing. I spent years putting out fires for patients in crisis. This space permits a preventative approach helping clients be the best, most healthy versions of themselves.

What is one habit that helps you be productive?

Being highly organized. I make voice notes and create a daily agenda. I utilize technology and assisted AI as much as possible.

What advice would you give your younger self?

Slow down, life is a marathon, not a sprint.

What is the one thing you repeatedly do and recommend everyone else do?

Mental health is something I failed at for many years in the sense that I neglected to evaluate my emotional compass and make adjustments. Meditation has enabled me to recalibrate and take time for self-care. Asking for help is also key.

When you feel overwhelmed or unfocused, what do you do?

Having spent years studying and cramming for exams, in moments that clarity and focus were absent, I exercised. Getting on a treadmill or a quick HIIT can be quite engaging and a powerful stimulant.

What is one strategy that has helped you grow your business or advance in your career?

Sincerity… Making others feel important and respecting their time. Relationships are indispensable to success.

What is one piece of software that helps you be productive? How do you use it?

AI has enabled me to manage my schedule more efficiently and communicate with clients rapidly.

I listen to a variety of podcasts. Most recently, I listened to a peptide podcast that provides evidence-based snippets that I find very useful.
