What is your typical day, and how do you make it productive?

Before the day even starts, it has to involve some sort of exercise, preferably cardio, to center the mind and body and get yourself ready to attack the day. My typical day starts early with a review of key metrics across the various departments I oversee. I prioritize time for strategic planning and connecting with my team to ensure alignment on our goals. I believe in being intentional about the workday, focusing on impactful tasks that drive growth and operational efficiency. Setting clear priorities and eliminating distractions keeps me productive.

How do you bring ideas to life?

Bringing ideas to life involves a combination of strategic thinking and collaboration. I work closely with my team to assess market needs, using data to drive decision-making. Once we identify a viable idea, we pilot it, gather feedback, and refine it before full implementation. This process ensures that our ideas are not only innovative but also practical and scalable.

I would tell my younger self to embrace challenges as opportunities for growth and to always be open to learning. I make a habit of listening before acting. Whether in business or personal situations, understanding others’ perspectives and gathering insights before making decisions leads to better outcomes. This approach fosters collaboration and ensures that the actions taken are well-informed and more likely to succeed.

When you feel overwhelmed or unfocused, what do you do?

When I feel overwhelmed, I take a step back to reassess my priorities. I break down complex tasks into manageable steps, which helps reduce the feeling of being overwhelmed. I also use physical activity, like a quick workout or a walk, to clear my mind and regain focus.
