What does your typical day look like and how do you make it productive?

A typical day around the office begins with reviewing current events that could affect our clients. Client files are reviewed for upcoming special events, birthdays, anniversaries. 1-2 hours per day is spent studying new options of insurance or product designs that could benefit our client base. Client meetings and phone calls are spread throughout the day. The prospective events team meets after lunch to discuss growing the firm and how to better serve current clients.

How do you bring ideas to life?

Many of the ideas that we share with our clients originate through life experiences while listening to our clients, their families’ experiences, and the experiences that we have witnessed firsthand.
