Tzvi isn’t all work and no play however, his passion for the outdoors is passed down to his family. In keeping with tradition, Tzvi has taken it upon himself to give his children the same experiences he had growing up. He wants them to fall in love with nature as much as he did and so, trips to national parks have also become a tradition in his own family. This time though, their trips would take them to national parks on the West Coast.
So far, he has taken his family to Yosemite National Park, Yellowstone National Park, Redwood National Park, and the Grand Canyon National Park.

Where did the idea for your career come from?
I was the official distributor before for a company, bleach bright Canada. I was also a co-founder of the Canadian Center for Addiction which I developed for a couple of years.
My goal is to have information written about real estate and land development in Canada.
How do you bring ideas to life?
I surround myself with good people, and we work towards achieving my vision.
What is one habit of yours that makes you more productive as an entrepreneur?
I’m very goal-driven. Once I am reminded of my goals, I focus on achieving them. Also, exercise and a healthy lifestyle are essential to produce the best me and are an essential aspect of my life.
What advice would you give your younger self?
Don’t work on too many projects at once. Better to focus on the more rewarding tasks and grow those successfully. Do not trust people so quickly that they have your best interest in mind.

As an entrepreneur, what is the one thing you do over and over and recommend everyone else do?
Keep focused on your ROI and make sure that the energy you are putting into the project matches the return on investment. Scalability is an essential aspect of any business and always try setting the bar higher to achieve more.

Looking at the numbers. The numbers do not lie.

Man’s Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl. It puts everything into perspective. He points out that if you have a why you will find a how. If someone has a reason to live, he will find a way. The same concept can be applied in business as well.
