I get into the office before 8 am to start the day bright and early. I review all appointments for the day with my team and client appointments start at 9 am. I average around 8 client appointments per day, most of which are to review the client’s financial plan to make sure they are on track with their financial goals.
How do you bring ideas to life?
We use a team approach. We are a team of ten and we divide up the work between the team members to make an idea a reality.

Partner with younger advisors sooner rather than later.
