The web development company is located in the northern part of India with a core experience in services like web design, mobile application development, augmented reality, artificial intelligence, framework development and digital marketing, etc. Vipan started his entrepreneurial journey in 2007 and since then, he has been actively working on advanced web technologies with a team of 100+ IT professionals. He has vast knowledge in programming and leadership that helped him in running a successful organisation over the years.
Where did the idea for Esferasoft Solutions come from?
I was very clear in my mind about doing something innovative in IT and technology sector. Moreover, the increased demand of web service outsourcing inspired me to start a company where cost effective solutions can be provided to businesses.
What does your typical day look like and how do you make it productive?
My daily activities usually consists of checking work updates, reading the latest technology updates and constantly searching out for new locations and prospects to do business. Apart from this, I really love to spend time with my little one in the evening who is smart enough to ask some quirky questions.
How do you bring ideas to life?
In my case, real life problems are the ones that opens up my mind for innovation and new learnings. Moreover, there is a famous saying that Necessity is the Mother of Innovation and I totally agree with this.
What’s one trend that excites you?
Technology is the one thing that really excites me every time. Being an entrepreneur I believe that technology is the sole thing that takes businesses to the next level of growth.
What is one habit of yours that makes you more productive as an entrepreneur?
I always believe in sharing my research and knowledge with the team, which eventually results in great results for my business. This is how I feel more productive as an entrepreneur.
What advice would you give your younger self?
Do not trap yourself in multiple activities at a time, do one task at a time. If you really wish to accomplish your goal, then focus solely on your primary objective and this will definitely takes you towards the success.
Additionally, always follow your passion, never let your dreams go away and learn to understand your instincts.

Well in my case, it is the planning some future activities in advance and look out ways to implement the same. However, this is usually not acceptable by my team as they are mainly focused on finishing their own objectives.
As an entrepreneur, what is the one thing you do over and over and recommend everyone else do?
Keep learning and doing detailed research about anything I find interesting. This not only keeps me focused, but more determined as well.
What is one strategy that has helped you grow your business?
Responsibility. I believe that being responsible is a vital part to run any business. Promising and delivering the quality work on time is an integral part of a successful organisation. I always make sure that each and every employee of my company is responsible towards the work and meeting deadlines of the projects, which is an ideal strategy to grow a business.
What is one failure you had as an entrepreneur, and how did you overcome it?
During the initial months of my entrepreneurial journey, there was a lot of collision between cross departments due to mismatch in their thoughts. At one point of time, it led to some serious conflicts which forced me to close few departments. It badly affected my work that time. However, I came up with the strategy of a common floor where associates can sit and discuss about the cross department activities and issues at one time a day. This helped me in increasing the cohesion among the team members and in that way I overcome that failure.
What is one business idea that you’re willing to give away to our readers?
Nice question ! Well, I really wish to create something for better offshore communication which can eradicate language barrier and provide a common platform to do business and conversation.
What is the best $100 you recently spent? What and why?
The best $100 I recently spent was on Bitrix, a productive project management tool. With the help of this tool, I can easily manage all work activities.
What is one piece of software or a web service that helps you be productive?
I recently purchased bitrix subscription, a project management tool that helps me stay organized with each and every work activity at one place. Hence, it makes me and my teams more efficient and productive.
What is the one book that you recommend our community should read and why?
Zero to One is the book which I would prefer to give a read. There were many sections in the book that answered a lot of my questions. It’s worth reading book, especially for entrepreneurs.
