What does your typical day look like and how do you make it productive?

Normally, I start my day early in order to get the most productive during day-time and rest well after work. I would start with following the to-do list I created yesterday evening. So that I don’t need to think or remind myself what I need to do first. The to-do list must already prioritize the major, and minor works. In addition, in order to get myself ready with changes and globalization, I would spare sometimes during the day to read and update world trends and news.

How do you bring ideas to life?

When I have an idea, I imagine how does it work and what are the consequences. After I got a clear picture in my mind, I would write it on a piece of paper including objective, planning, and timing. I discuss the details with my partner to find the best way to implement. The key is I don’t wait. At least, if the actual idea has to wait for certain reasons, I still got my back up plan ready to launch.

What advice would you give your younger self?

Tell us something that’s true that almost nobody agrees with you on.

What is one failure you had as an entrepreneur, and how did you overcome it?

Nowadays, we can easily sell our products all over the world. The problem is the customer groups become too broad. I can hardly focus on the potential customers. I overcome it by using focus group ads tools and adjust the ads to blend in with the different cultures of customers. Facebook ads and Google AdWords are the easiest way to do it.
