What is your typical day, and how do you make it productive?
I start with prayer, journaling, and a 30-minute gym session. I block deep work time in the morning and take most calls in the afternoon.
How do you bring ideas to life?
I test fast. I sketch the offer, build a quick landing page, and speak about it on LinkedIn. Feedback tells me what to refine.
What’s one trend that excites you?
Retention. More people are finally realising that keeping customers is smarter than chasing new ones.
What is one habit that helps you be productive?
I track my energy, not just my time. I batch calls on high-energy days and use low-energy days to write or think.
What advice would you give your younger self?
Your voice is your power. Don’t shrink it to be liked.
Tell us something you believe almost nobody agrees with you.
Most businesses don’t need more leads. They need to fix the leaks.
What is the one thing you repeatedly do and recommend everyone else do?
Review what’s working before fixing what’s not. Most answers are already in front of you.
When you feel overwhelmed or unfocused, what do you do?
I unplug. I light a candle, pray, and move my body — even just for 10 minutes.
What is one strategy that has helped you grow your business or advance in your career?
Credibility stacking. I use reviews, awards, and partnerships to open new doors.
What is one failure in your career, how did you overcome it, and what lessons did you take away from it?
I priced too low in my early days. I overcame it by tracking the real cost of overgiving — then raising prices with confidence.
What is one business idea you’re willing to give away to our readers?
Offer “review revival” services for SaaS with low G2 scores — then upsell full retention audits.
What is one piece of software that helps you be productive? How do you use it?
Zoho One. I use it to run scorecards, automate follow-ups, and manage all client ops in one place.
What is the best $100 you recently spent?
A burlesque class. It helped me reconnect with joy and feminine energy outside of work.
Do you have a favorite book or podcast from which you’ve received much value?
The Game of Life and How to Play It by Florence Scovel Shinn. It keeps my mindset strong.
What’s a movie or series you recently enjoyed and why?
Trying (Apple TV). It’s light, funny, and reminds me that love shows up in real life, not perfection.
