Evans is a best-selling author of The Power of Investing in You, and “IMPACT, Life, Leadership and Legacy”. Evans has shared the stage with speakers such as Sharon Lechter, Susie Carder, and Mark Victor Hansen. Where did the idea for Zondra TV Network come from?

Wanted to level the playing field for small business entrepreneurs in the marketing and advertising space. Why shouldn’t a small business be able to have a custom commercial on TV and be featured.

What does your typical day look like and how do you make it productive?

Production Planning Meetings, Producer Training and 2-3 Discovery Calls a week to understand potential clients unique needs, Interview small business entrepreneurs on Real Biz Talk with Zondra and provide business and life coaching to my clients.

How do you bring ideas to life?

I am passionate about coaching Small Business Entrepreneurs on how to creatively tell their entrepreneurial journey on TV

What is one habit of yours that makes you more productive as an entrepreneur?

Prayer, Meditation and Consistency

What advice would you give your younger self?

There will be Ebs and Flows in business but Don’t let that create fear and cause you to seize up. Push thorough instead!!

Tell us something that’s true that almost nobody agrees with you on.

Well at one point no-one believed that streaming would take over the way we watch TV and ingest content. Now people are seeing that streaming is the way to go

As an entrepreneur, what is the one thing you do over and over and recommend everyone else do?

Forge ahead daily in my faith walk. I repeat God’s Promises Daily and I make sure I’m featured on as a guest on others podcasts weekly to organically spread the word about Zondra TV Network

What is one strategy that has helped you grow your business?

There is so much power in learning how to collaborate in order to extend your brand. Why build it – when someone else is doing it… Example: I own a TV Network and would love to have a magazine. Find someone with that asset and collaborate together. Everyone stands to gain in a collaboration agreement.

What is one failure you had as an entrepreneur, and how did you overcome it?

The first Roku Channel I purchased came with a boat load of promises that never happened – in fact, they are out of business. I didn’t let that stop me from creating my own channel and network
