What is your typical day, and how do you make it productive?

My day starts early with prayer, planning, and purpose. I begin by reviewing my priorities, checking in with clients or schools, and aligning my team around what truly matters for the day. Most of my time is spent designing systems, strategizing with leaders, and developing tools that help educators work smarter. My secret to productivity is structure, every task has impact, every meeting has purpose, and every hour has intention.

How do you bring ideas to life?

I bring ideas to life by starting with vision and backing it up with strategy. I map out the end goal, break it into actionable steps, and build systems that make execution effortless. Collaboration is key, I surround myself with thinkers and doers who challenge me to refine every detail. Once the plan is in motion, I stay flexible but focused, adjusting as needed until the vision becomes reality, because I believe in one simple truth: Work Smart, Live More, and Win Big™.

What’s one trend that excites you?

One trend that excites me is the rise of AI-powered learning and automation in education. It’s transforming how teachers teach, how students learn, and how schools operate. I love seeing technology finally being used to lighten the load, not add to it. When implemented strategically, AI gives educators time back, and that aligns perfectly with my mission to help them Work Smart, Live More, and Win Big™.

What is one habit that helps you be productive?

One habit that’s helped me stay productive is learning to use my time wisely and honoring rest when I’m overwhelmed. I’ve learned that burnout doesn’t equal success, alignment does. Taking intentional breaks allows me to recharge, refocus, and return stronger

What advice would you give your younger self?

I’d tell my younger self that it’s okay to be different, that’s your superpower, not your flaw. The very thing that sets you apart is what will open doors later. Don’t rush to fit in when you were called to stand out. Stay authentic, stay grounded, and trust that your uniqueness was part of the plan all along.

Tell us something you believe almost nobody agrees with you.

Something almost nobody agrees with me on is that networking truly is my net worth. I’ve built more opportunities through relationships than any formal pitch or application. People underestimate the power of genuine connection, but every major win in my career started with a conversation. When you nurture relationships with purpose, your network becomes the bridge to every next level.

What is the one thing you repeatedly do and recommend everyone else do?

One thing I repeatedly do, and highly recommend others do, is write out your thoughts and goals. Getting it out of your head and onto paper brings clarity, focus, and accountability. It’s how vision becomes strategy and ideas turn into execution. When you can see it, you can build it.

When you feel overwhelmed or unfocused, what do you do?

When I’m overwhelmed or unfocused, I pause and disconnect. I take a step back to pray, breathe, and realign my thoughts before making another move. I’ve learned that clarity doesn’t come from chaos, it comes from stillness. Once I reset, I can return with focus, strategy, and the energy to Work Smart, Live More, and Win Big™.

What is one strategy that has helped you grow your business or advance in your career?

One strategy that’s helped me grow my business and advance my career is building systems before scaling. I don’t chase momentum, I create structure that sustains it. By streamlining operations, automating workflows, and staying consistent with follow-up, I’ve turned vision into measurable growth. Strategy may start the journey, but systems keep it running.

What is one failure in your career, how did you overcome it, and what lessons did you take away from it?

One of the hardest lessons I’ve lived through was going from six figures to bankruptcy. It was a humbling reality check that forced me to face my financial habits, mindset, and pride. I had to rebuild from the ground up, learning how to manage, multiply, and move money wisely. That season taught me that success without structure is temporary, but when you align discipline with purpose, you don’t just recover, you rise stronger, smarter, and unstoppable.

Each member, parent, mentor, or counselor, receives actionable insights and recommended steps powered by AI (like conversation starters, intervention strategies, or resource links). The goal? Stop reacting after the problem and start supporting before it spirals.

It’s LinkedIn meets ClassDojo, but focused on whole-student wellness and proactive success systems, designed to keep every child seen, supported, and soaring.

My favorite book is “The 48 Laws of Power” by Robert Greene. I got tons of value from it because it taught me how to read the room, move strategically, and protect my position in business and life. It’s not about manipulation, it’s about mastering awareness and playing smart. That book helped me understand that power is less about control and more about confidence, timing, and knowing when to move in silence.
