What is your typical day, and how do you make it productive?
My day is centered on prayer and counsel—supporting people who are seeking healing and clarity in their relationship with God. I keep it productive by beginning with spiritual grounding, then moving into focused periods of listening, praying, and thoughtfully responding to what each person is facing. I try to protect my attention by doing fewer things with deeper presence, rather than filling every hour. Productivity, for me, looks like alignment—being steady enough to bring calm, focus, and hope to others.
How do you bring ideas to life?
I bring ideas to life by testing them against what is timeless: spiritual law and the example of Christ Jesus. When something feels inspired, I translate it into one practical next step—one conversation, one prayerful commitment, one clear decision. I’ve found that clarity grows when you act in integrity with what you understand, even if the action is small.
What’s one trend that excites you?
I’m encouraged by a growing openness to discussing mental and emotional well-being with more honesty and compassion. When society becomes more willing to seek help—and to see healing as possible—it creates room for real transformation.
What is one habit that helps you be productive?
Daily, consistent prayer. It keeps me mentally clear, centered, and calm and allows me to approach my work with purpose rather than pressure.
What advice would you give your younger self?
Keep the long view—and don’t confuse achievement with identity. The deepest confidence comes from spiritual understanding, not external results.
Tell us something you believe that almost nobody agrees with you on.
Many people underestimate how practical spirituality is—especially when it comes to healing. A strong relationship with God can meaningfully inform both curative and preventative approaches to life’s challenges.
What is the one thing you repeatedly do and recommend everyone else do?
Return to the basics: turn to God, listen, and let spiritual truth replace fear with clarity.
When you feel overwhelmed or unfocused, what do you do?
I pause and pray, replacing mental noise with spiritual clarity. Even a short moment of stillness can restore focus and direction.
What is one strategy that has helped you grow your business or advance in your career?
Focus on depth rather than breadth—doing the work with integrity and letting trust grow naturally over time.
What is one business idea you’re willing to give away to our readers?
A community-based program that combines spiritual reflection with structured life coaching to help people address stress, fear, and life challenges through guided clarity and support.
What is one piece of software that helps you be productive? How do you use it?
A digital calendar with reminders helps me organize sessions, protect time for reflection, and stay consistent with follow-ups.
What is the best $100 you recently spent? What and why?
Investing in spiritually formative materials or books that deepen understanding and clarity has proven to be invaluable.
Do you have a favorite book or podcast you’ve gotten a ton of value from and why?
The Bible and “Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures” are foundational texts that continually provide insight, clarity, and a framework for healing.
What’s a movie or series you recently enjoyed and why?
I enjoy documentaries that explore women’s athletics and the impact of opportunities created through Title IX.
