What is your typical day, and how do you make it productive?

I start my day with a run to wake up and get my energy going. Then, I have breakfast with my wife and spend some time stretching or reading. When I get to the office, I check the latest property listings to stay updated. The rest of my day is spent talking with clients and investors. I make sure to balance work with time for my family and hobbies to keep everything in check.

How do you bring ideas to life?

I like to keep things simple and practical. When I have an idea, I talk it through with people I trust, get their feedback, and then take small steps to make it happen. I believe in learning as I go and making adjustments along the way.

What’s one trend that excites you?

I’m really excited about how technology is changing the real estate industry. Things like virtual tours and online listings make it easier for people to find and buy homes. It’s making everything faster and more convenient.

What is one habit that helps you be productive?

I always make a plan for the day. Writing down what I need to do helps me stay focused and organized. It’s a simple habit, but it makes a big difference in getting things done.

What advice would you give your younger self?

Don’t be afraid of failure. Every mistake is a chance to learn and get better. Keep pushing yourself, and don’t give up just because things get tough.

Tell us something you believe almost nobody agrees with you on?

I believe that failure is just as important as success. Many people think failure is a bad thing, but I see it as a necessary step to learn and grow.

What is the one thing you repeatedly do and recommend everyone else do?

Stay curious and keep learning. Whether it’s reading books, taking courses, or talking to experts, always look for ways to improve and grow.

When you feel overwhelmed or unfocused, what do you do?

I take a break and go for a walk or do some exercise. It helps clear my mind and re-energize me. Sometimes, just stepping away for a bit can make a big difference in how you feel and think.

What is one strategy that has helped you grow your business or advance in your career?

Building strong relationships with my clients and colleagues has been key. I focus on being honest, helpful, and staying in touch. This helps build trust and keeps people coming back to me for business.

What is one failure in your career,  how did you overcome it, and what lessons did you take away from it?

I once lost a big sale because I didn’t communicate well with the client. I learned that it’s not just what you say but how you say it. To overcome this, I started paying more attention to my communication skills and made sure to really listen to my clients’ needs.

What is one business idea you’re willing to give away to our readers?

Start a virtual real estate tour service. With so many people shopping for homes online, offering high-quality virtual tours can make a big difference. It helps buyers get a better feel for a property without having to visit in person.

What is one piece of software that helps you be productive? How do you use it?

I use Trello. It helps me organize my tasks and projects with boards and cards. I can keep track of what needs to be done and what’s already finished, which keeps me on top of my work.

One of my favorite books is “Rich Dad Poor Dad” by Robert Kiyosaki. It offers great insights on financial literacy and investing, which have been very helpful for my career in real estate.
