Develop a set morning routine. Starting the morning off on the right has made a huge impact on my motivation, productivity, and stress levels for the rest of the day.

What advice would you give your younger self?

Stay true to yourself. Don’t change your goals, ambition, energy and habits for anyone, even if you think going against who you truly are is more socially acceptable.

Tell us something you believe almost nobody agrees with you.

I believe that my unique blend of experience, problem solving skills and people skills differentiates me from most other candidates. I am motivated, disciplined and focused and am willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.

What is the one thing you repeatedly do and recommend everyone else do?

Try to be the best version of myself. By doing something repeatedly until it becomes a habit. So, yes, it starts with an act, but the act needs to be repeated over and over until you can perform it without thinking until it becomes an integral part of who we are.

Take a deep breath and step away.

What is one strategy that has helped you grow your business or advance in your career?

My career aspirations are centered around constant growth and skill enhancement. I am committed to staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in the industry. In the coming year, I plan to pursue specialized certifications and attend industry conferences to learn from experts.

What is one failure in your career, how did you overcome it, and what lessons did you take away from it?

Not meeting the expectations that I set for myself.

The most profitable and unique business ideas target an underserved niche market or put a fresh twist on an already successful item or service.

What is one piece of software that helps you be productive? How do you use it?

Trello: Trello is an excellent tool for delegation and project management. Every assignment or project is placed on a card, which you can arrange on a board in columns and funnels. Members, deadlines, and other pertinent remarks can all be given to these cards.
