Beach Boss Influencers

Beach Boss Influencers helps network marketers make more money in less time using Social Media & Automation. Since inception, they’ve generated over 250,000 leads and have done over $15 Million dollars in online sales and didn’t have to sacrifice important moments with their children, spouses, friends, or family in order to do it.

BBI started as an idea… A way to level up the network marketing industry as a whole. When 5 network marketing powerhouses came together to create the community, they didn’t know what they had their hands on or what it would become over the next few years…

Founded by The Beaches, Kat Krasilnikov, Fran Loubser, Cari Higham, Brandy Shaver and Adrian Lindeen, and Beach Muscles, Benjamin Pang and Chris Burrows, Beach Boss Influencers is driven by a divine purpose and higher calling to create an impact in this world… To create a massive ripple effect that will impact millions of people and their families across the world for generations to come.

What is your typical day, and how do you make it productive?

5 Beaches means we’re able to easily divide and conquer certain tasks. We all time block our own schedules and work our business around our lives so we don’t miss out on the important things. We also delegate to our team. We’ve found finding the right “who’s” in your business makes all the difference to exponential growth.

How do you bring ideas to life?

It usually starts with one of us (usually Kat) having an idea… We meet weekly as a leadership team and as Beaches and it’s on those meetings where our ideas are brought to life.

What is the one thing you repeatedly do and recommend everyone else do?

Evaluation – identifying what’s working and what’s not in your business so you can make tweaks and changes as necessary to grow your business faster.

When you feel overwhelmed or unfocused, what do you do?

● Focus on the next step to get to your desired result instead of all the steps. Overwhelm happens when you’re trying to focus on too many things at once. By focusing only on the next thing you need to do to get to your result, it makes it seem easier and keeps your brain focused on the one thing in front of you.

● When you’re lacking creative energy and can’t seem to focus or get into a flow it’s time for a change in state. Get up, stretch, grab a snack, go for a walk, stand outside and breathe in fresh air and let the sun hit your skin, exercise, anything that gives you the reset you need to get your head back in the game.

What is one strategy that has helped you grow your business or advance in your career?

Influence Marketing – It starts with growing a targeted audience that is already searching for whatever it is you’re promoting. Once they’re in your world, you share value based content with them to grow know, like & trust. When they know you and like you and trust you, selling and promoting your stuff is easy because they’re already looking for what you have and as it’s presented to them, there’s no objections or obstacles to overcome. They’re ready and excited to BUY.

What is one failure in your career, how did you overcome it, and what lessons did you take away from it?

We had the wrong people overseeing our sales team in the beginning and it ended up costing us millions of dollars. We didn’t have open communication, a way to double check numbers to make sure there was integrity across the board and we ignored many red flags. When we realized what was happening we knew we needed to act fast. We parted ways with that sales manager and brought in a new one that was aligned with our values and mission. Although it was a pain and we struggled during the transition, it ended up being one of the best things for BBI in the long run.
