Where did the idea for 90210 Group come from?

I have always been very passionate about improving peoples’ lives by ensuring that they obtain the very best real estate deals as well as live in their dream home, and so I decided to open 90210.

What does your typical day look like and how do you make it productive?

My typical day entails researching as well as identifying properties, which would be highly suitable for my clients, and then showing these properties to prospective clients. This is an individually tailored process.

How do you bring ideas to life?

Real estate agents don’t need to be expert investors, however if you aspire to become a successful real estate agent it is wise to familiarize yourself with the fundamentals. This is because investors view properties in a very different light than buyers, and so I bring my ideas to life by thinking like an investor.

What’s one trend that really excites you?

There isn’t one specific trend that really excites me. However, as real estate comprises elements such as technology, architecture and interior design, I need to constantly familiarize myself with trends regarding these spheres.
