What is your typical day, and how do you make it productive?

A typical day begins with ensuring the team is operating efficiently and dealing with any problems that may arise. In order to make sure our initiatives are well-organized and moving along successfully, I attend client meetings and regular team meetings that help us all stay on the same page.

Beyond work, spending quality time with my family is really important. I am entirely present in both elements of my life because I actively cultivate a positive work-life balance. This not only enables me to strengthen my relationships but also acts as a source of motivation and fulfillment for all of my endeavors.

Moreover, the thing that keeps me productive is engaging in learning and self-improvement activities. Whether reading or acquiring new skills, pursuing knowledge is invigorating for me. Also, my black coffee is definitely a frosting on the cake!

How do you bring ideas to life?

I believe in fostering a creative mindset and constantly seeking inspiration. I start by thoroughly brainstorming and researching the concept. Then, I create a detailed plan with clear objectives and milestones. Collaboration and feedback from team members play a vital role in refining the idea. Once I have a solid plan, I execute the idea with data and market research. Throughout the process, I remain open to taking calculated risks.
I also realize that every idea is different, and no single strategy always works. Because of this, I engage clients to understand their vision, values, and objectives. By adapting my approach to their needs, I assist them in bringing their ideas to life and delivering the desired results.

What’s one trend that excites you?

AI somehow excites me, like how it’s making its way into human lives and astonishing all of us. I think this is one of the groundbreaking advancements; as you know, the most thrilling one at the start of 2023 was ChatGPT, and now is Snapchat AI, which is also making things fun and engaging for humans. Another one you can witness is Adobe Firefly, which focuses on image and text effect generation. As you instruct and it creates images of your choice. I believe AI is reshaping our world in ways we couldn’t have imagined, which is impressive.

What is one habit that helps you be productive?

One habit that significantly boosts my productivity is single-tasking with the help of a well-organized task manager. I categorize tasks for each day, including recurring tasks and habits that contribute to personal growth. This approach keeps me focused, ensuring maximum impact on my time.

Moreover, ticking off completed tasks throughout the day gives me small wins and builds momentum for greater productivity. To unwind, I enjoy feel-good shows, ensuring better sleep and renewed focus for the next day.

What advice would you give your younger self?

Taking the leap of faith and starting your business in the early stages can be a transformative decision! When you spend too much time working for someone else, you may inadvertently become accustomed to a comfortable routine and financial stability, making the idea of starting a business seem riskier and more daunting.

I believe that by getting started in business at a young age, you may harness boundless enthusiasm and energy while staying flexible to market trends and tech advancements. With this, you also get more time to learn through firsthand experiences and pivot your business as needed. Waiting too long can lead to a lifestyle where you have much to lose, be it financial commitments or fear of failure.

So, I would love to suggest that it is better to start early as this enables people to embrace the challenges with greater financial flexibility and opens up the potential for long-term growth and success.

Tell us something you believe almost nobody agrees with you.

I believe that despite the rapid advancements of AI, human intelligence is unbeatable and holds a vital place. AI’s algorithms are grounded in data analysis and pattern recognition, lacking the inherent ability of humans to combine knowledge from different domains, think abstractly, and employ empathy in decision-making, which means AI provides data already given by humans.

So, further, AI is expected to expand in the future and become a powerful tool that supports and enhances human creativity. However, it will still depend on the human prompts and purpose.

What is the one thing you repeatedly do and recommend everyone else do?

I preach and practice letting go of the past, enjoying the present, and focusing on the future. This helps in both personal and professional lives. I call it my “Lifetime Mantra.”

When you feel overwhelmed or unfocused, what do you do?

Taking a break and engaging in activities that let me be away from all kinds of stress is essential for maintaining my overall well-being and mental health. Whether it’s spending time with family, pursuing a hobby, meditating, or simply disconnecting from technology, these moments of relaxation allow me to recharge and find inner peace. Such breaks help me unwind and refocus again.

I feel that taking this time for myself is not selfish; instead, it is an investment in an ability to be more present, productive, and balanced in both my personal and professional endeavors.

What is one strategy that has helped you grow your business or advance in your career?

I think it is essential to keep all senses open to identify the changing trend in the market. By keeping all senses open, I quickly adapt and leverage emerging trends. Being creative and proactive is vital. Instead of waiting for achievements or case studies of other brands, why not build your own?

Constantly evolving and pivoting strategies have efficiently helped me reach my desired goals. I’ve learned that taking calculated risks often leads to the most successful outcomes. At work, I implement a similar approach, pivoting to alternative strategies if needed. This adaptability has been crucial to my progress and success in both business and career.

What is one failure in your career, how did you overcome it, and what lessons did you take away from it?

Misjudging an opportunity and choosing another based on a better salary package was one of my mistakes, but I don’t call it a failure; rather, I would say it was a lesson.

I believe financial considerations are important, but they should not be the sole determining factor when making life-changing choices. Opting for a higher salary may seem attractive in the short term, but it could lead to dissatisfaction and regret if the new opportunity does not align with one’s passions, values, or long-term goals.

What is one business idea you’re willing to give away to our readers?

Authenticity, transparency, and an ambition to provide the finest results are the motivating factors that I consider essential for any business. I think these factors can let businesses stay ahead of the curve and go above and beyond their customers’ expectations.

What is one piece of software that helps you be productive? How do you use it?

Todoist is one of the incredible software I prefer to use. It’s similar to Trello. You add tasks so you don’t miss out, and also you can keep track.

What is the best $100 you recently spent?

Well, it was more than $100 but worth it as I needed a break and took a short trip to Dubai to escape my monotonous routine.

Do you have a favorite book or podcast from which you’ve received much value?

I like to read! But sometimes, I can be a little lazy about seeking out novels that really pique my attention. Well, “It Always Seems Impossible Until It’s Done: Motivation for Dreamers & Doers” by Kathryn Petras and Ross Petras is one book that I found incredibly motivating. This book is replete with quotations that inspire resiliency and the belief that even the most challenging goals can be accomplished.

What’s a movie or series you recently enjoyed and why?

A movie I recently found intriguing is John Wick, Chapter 4. Simply breathtaking, with non-stop action, impressive stunts, and vibrant visuals. Keanu Reeves delivers a powerhouse performance, making it the biggest film yet in the franchise. It’s a fascinating, visually striking choice.

Key learnings:

  • Conversations make it easy to present ideas differently.
  • It is essential to escape for a while to gather all your energy and yourself.
  • Never misjudge any opportunity.
  • AI is becoming a new norm.
  • It’s important to have a work-life balance.
